Went to Menchie's last night with some friends and had a great time! The lady at the counter was really nice and helpful. Great experience overall! read more

Won't be coming back to this location. I asked about a promo they had, and the manager stood there next to the employee and just stared at me and my kids the whole time like we were in the wrong place. It was honestly weird and uncomfortable. She even kept watching us after we walked away. The ice cream selection was pretty limited and scarce. Skip this place for the overall experience. Overall, we left with cold ice cream and cold stares. read more

Worst experience, I drove 25 minutes to get here. When I arrived the place was super messy, I asked for a sample cup and was given attitude. The women working tonight shift was so rude the whole time. They only had half there flavors, if that available. Some were melted. All the main toppings were completely gone, I asked if there were more in the back and was told no. Do not recommend. read more

Love coming here with my son. There really isn't a lot of options to choose from and they are repetitive, but they froyo is good nonetheless and the staff is always nice. There's parking too. read more

Very disappointed when we went to get frozen yogurt last night. Of the about 12 spots for flavors, only half had signs of a flavor. Then only about 3-4 flavors actually worked. Such a limited selection. There were no sample cups. We were given spoons to sample the few flavors off of. The toppings didn't look fresh and some of the more popular ones were empty. Definitely wasn't up to satisfaction and discouraged us from wanting to return. read more

I love this place so much. I've never looked forward to dessert so much before. The flavors they offer are unique and delicious, along with the toppings that go with anything! Truly an experience to remember. read more

I'm always a fan of frozen yogurt. Unfortunately the night I came they only had five working handles. This is a special circumstance, not something they could've planned or controlled. I had the almond milk chocolate mint or cheesecake yogurts. Both pretty good. Toppings were fair. read more

I love how I can pick how much they get. Its amazing. Whenever I go I always get tart with chocolate turtles. Definitely recommend. I love the texture of the frozen yogurt its so good. The store is so cute and I love the location. The staff is always amazing. I love mechies so much. You should go. read more

Terrible experience. I went yesterday, Saturday, August 23rd, at 7 pm, and they were completely closed. When the schedule says they close at 10 pm, there was no sign explaining why it was closed. read more

The kids enjoy "ice cream" in every form. They love it here as they get to add their own topping and make it their own. When we went they were out of a few flavors so that was a bummer. Other than that, the place is cute and clean and the kiddos enjoy it. read more

came to read the reviews after going here this afternoon, and I guess it's not just me - this location is pretty bad! VERY limited flavors that all sounded kinda gross. Lol. I finally found a plain sounding vanilla one, and the machine was broken & nothing would dispense when I pulled the lever. The attendant fiddled to try and fix it, but that did not work. I gave up. I LOVE the tart flavors. Other locations usually have at least 2 tart options, but all they had was plain. Disappointing, but no biggie... But of course that machine was broken too! On top of those, 3 or 4 of the machines were not being used at all and labeled as such. What the hell? Surprised this place is still open. The west Delray location is way better. read more

Amazing frozen yogurt options and great toppings. Good service because your staff don't have to walk over. Customers can just walk and go get the cups themselves. read more

It was ok . This location didn't have a lot flavors for some reasons they were out . Good thing my daughter only wanted vanilla . They did have great toppings . The girl that was working was super nice . Hopefully they get other flavors soon ! read more

This place is disgusting. The smell is awful, machines are rusting and dirty. It smelled of sewage.

I keep trying to see improvement because this is the closest froyo place to my house; however, I really think this place is getting worst, if that's possible., I was so disgusted last night when I stopped in for Valentines with the husband. The place smelled really bad, the floors were so sticky you could tell it had not been properly mopped for days. as usual, there were out of most flavors, the dispenser stations were dirty, rusty and what seems like moldy and the toppings were picked over and not fresh. I think what made it worst is that the attendant was making no effort to rectify anything. My husband and I have both contacted corporate in various occasions but don't even get a basic response. read more

They never have chocolate out every time I go I have to get a flavor that I don't like because they never put out chocolate a main world flavor makes no sense!!! I'm glad this time I called the store before driving there for no reason ! Management do something! read more

I've been here multiple times already and every time I come there are only like 5 options. They also don't change the options enough for the 5 options reasonable. The good part about this place is the variety of toppings they have laid out for us to choose from!!! So many options! Just not in the frozen yogurt... The people that work the cash register have not once greeted me or addressed any concerns I've had. They just talk to each other and ring me up. There seems to be no training in customer service. I will say, that each time I've gone to the bathroom here, it is quite clean! I often come back because it's the closest place to me with decent frozen yogurt, but I've been to better frozen yogurt places. read more

The two girls working there at 3 on a SATURDAY were more interested in gossiping in the back room and ignoring customers. We felt like we were bothering them. They were missing basic flavors like chocolate and vanilla. Icing on the cake was they told me they didn't have a bathroom for us to use. We had to go nextdoor. Wtf?! No bathroom for your customers? That's messed up. Rude Staff+missing what I wanted+no bathrooms= I am NOT coming back. read more

I usually like to treat myself after Thursday night bowling,if I bowled well enough to earn a reward. Unfortunately,I dont go as much as I'd like. I usually go with my son,and take home for my wife.We like the flavors and the toppings.,usually mix 2 or 3 different frozen yogurts into one cup,and load up on toppings.Lots of choices for both. The staff are usually high school kids, probably their first job. Personally we have never had a problem. We also go on Thurs.nights,so its usually less crowded,at around 930pm.Be careful how much you load up,you pay by the weight,it can get a little expensive, but pretty reasonable. read more

Something's amiss when 4 of the 16 flavors are out and the topping bar is missing some items. And of the existing flavors, two were variations of vanilla, and two were sorbets (not yogurts). Very disappointing! When I asked the gal working there about the lack of yogurts, she just shrugged her shoulders and said they were out of some flavors. Yeah, like that was a helpful explanation. Menchie's prices have gone up and the variety of offerings have gone away. Looks like the self-serve fro yo thrill is starting to fade. read more

The Menchie's on Jog in Lake Worth seems to have gone downhill a bit. The machines were not very clean and the staff seemed more interested in talking among themselves than in helping customers. We had to knock on the kitchen door twice to ask a rep to ring up our sale before our yogurt melted. On a positive note, the topping bar was well stocked and the items looked and tasted fresh. In comparison, the Menchie's in the Delray Marketplace on Lyons was much better run and cleaner. The lady working there was personable and provided great customer service. The yogurt selection was similar in both locations and the toppings were pretty much the same too. Given a choice, I'll continue to visit the Delray location as I prefer a clean store with more attentive employees. read more

I've always been a fan of Menchie's and was excited to see that there was one that wasn't far from me when I moved to Boynton Beach. But I just can't with this location. I've been here about 5 times and it's always the same thing. They're out of flavors and there aren't enough seats. It seems like the owner doesn't care about the customer experience. So, I'll just travel the extra half mile to the next closest store. read more

I went to this Menchies this evening to pick up froyo to go. The store had a horrible, dirty, musty odor that we could smell through our masks. No one was working up front to ensure any type of covid/cleanliness protocols. We quickly filled our cups and did not take any toppings since it was self serve and the store smelled and appeared dirty. Also, the lights were off and it was hard to see what we were doing. Finally, a girl came from the back to take our payment. When we got home and tasted the yogurt, it was so icy it was almost crunchy. We live around the corner and frequent this location, but this is definitely the last time we will step foot in there! read more

I never knew this place was here until someone mentioned they were giving out up to 6 oz. of free froyo per person today. They had different flavors such as cookies and cream, peanut butter, cheesecake, and red velvet. There are a bunch of good toppings to make your yogurt a little sweeter if your heart desires it. It was packed today obviously due to the giveaway, but the line moved quickly and the staff remained calm due to the craziness. read more

Yogurt is ok. However, when your business is open, your bathroom should be open too!!! My son desperately had to use the bathroom, I asked the girl if she could make an exception.. it was. Big fat "No" and suggested we use Firehouse Subs bathroom. Menchie's just lost the business of a mom with 3 kids!!! Not coming back. By the way, Firehouse subs let us use the bathroom. read more

At first I was nervous trying out this Menchie's with all the negative review! However, my friend and I were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The shop was bright, inviting and had two employees working. There were several flavors available and many toppings. The yogurt was a good consistency as well! There were many customers who came through while we were there. I would say my only complaint was that some of the yogurt machines seemed a little messy on the bottom. Otherwise great experience and cheaper than expected! read more

This is the worst Menchie's I've been in. It is always lacking in flavors. Most of the time there at 5-7 empty machines.. or they are runny The floors are never clean or the counter tops. We are not the only ones to complain. Others say they won't be back. It's worth a drive to go to the one off Atlantic in delray read more

I have tried multiple times to give them chances since my kids love it. Every time they hardly have ice cream or what they do have does not come out. Additionally the toppings are limited and stale. Not sure how they are still in business, the owners don't seem to care. read more

Vanilla snow was not working (and the flavor accompanying it) and judging by the reviews it has not been working for a few months now. Also don't plan to sit and eat here because there are only 1-2 tables. I recommend going to the bench outside if they are taken. Samples are in the big cup due to not having the mini sample cups (you could literally fill it up and just eat it without paying) the employee doesn't give a care if you do. I would say stay away! read more
