This is the island's first ever Chick-fil-A. It opened earlier this year. Naturally, those first…read moremonths were insane. That's why I stayed away. I've had Chick-fil-A before it wasn't a novelty for me. I love it, but I could wait. Now that the new car smell has passed, and they recently opened a second location, we thought the time was right to visit. It's still popular, as it should be because it's damn good, but it's far more manageable. We went for the drive-thru, so I still haven't been inside. As I mentioned, there was a line but. It too long. Actually there weee two lines that eventually merged. They had a couple of employees with menus taking orders and then another set taking payments. The whole process was well organized and helped move the line as efficiently as possible. We received our food without any mistakes. As for the food, it was what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A: delicious. We got the spicy chicken and deluxe spicy chicken sandwiches, fries, Mac and cheese, nuggets for our son, and chocolate milkshake. The only complaint came from our son. He wanted a toy, but they don't do happy meals here. Other than that, we were 100% satisfied.

Then she returned back to the register and made a phone call for another 3 minutes as I stood waiting to put my order in. It was extremely rude. A simple apology or if she just would've asked me to wait nicely would have sufficed but I was completely ignored and brushed off. Very off putting and not normal customer service in Puerto Rico.
