You can order either at the counter or at an online screen. We ordered on the screen. You would like those. There was not many clean tables when we arrived, but as we were leaving they were cleaning the tables - must have been rush hour as they were pretty busy. It took a little while to get our food and despite using the table drop option we had to go get our food at the front counter. That was no worries, but they forgot two separate items from our order. What we did get was fresh. There is no refills on soft drinks at this location - FYI.

    This is the island's first ever Chick-fil-A. It opened earlier this year. Naturally, those first…read moremonths were insane. That's why I stayed away. I've had Chick-fil-A before it wasn't a novelty for me. I love it, but I could wait. Now that the new car smell has passed, and they recently opened a second location, we thought the time was right to visit. It's still popular, as it should be because it's damn good, but it's far more manageable. We went for the drive-thru, so I still haven't been inside. As I mentioned, there was a line but. It too long. Actually there weee two lines that eventually merged. They had a couple of employees with menus taking orders and then another set taking payments. The whole process was well organized and helped move the line as efficiently as possible. We received our food without any mistakes. As for the food, it was what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A: delicious. We got the spicy chicken and deluxe spicy chicken sandwiches, fries, Mac and cheese, nuggets for our son, and chocolate milkshake. The only complaint came from our son. He wanted a toy, but they don't do happy meals here. Other than that, we were 100% satisfied.

It opened on March 3, 2022 and is right next to a Costco Warehouse store in Bayamon. Needless to say, it is very popular. Our family drove all the way from Condado at 8:00pm and was amazed by the long line of cars and people (it closes at 9:00pm). On the plus side, the chicken sandwiches are great. Customer service is also nice - they offered a free milkshake because of the longer than expected waiting time. On the minus side, it can take time to go through the line for dinner (but some orders can be slower to process than others). The shopping complex (Los Filtros) also has a large Supermax grocery store and a Planet Fitness gym. If you're hungry for Chik-fil-A and would like an alternative to expensive restaurants in San Juan, it's worth taking a late evening drive to this branch in Bayamon!
