My daughter couldn't wait to bring me to Menards. This location opened in the spring 2019 with over 200,000 square feet of retail space. Menards is all over the Northeast, I am really wishing we had them in California. I can see why she loves it and has bought most of her home improvement supplies here. This store has everything you need in one place. It has a spectacular lighting section right when you walk in. It has grocery, appliances, decor, tools, seasonal, and it even has mattresses. I bought my granddaughter a bed here. Great prices and the convenience of getting everything in one place, makes this the perfect store. Customer service was spot on and very welcoming. If I lived here this would be my go to store. I can't imagine not finding what you need here. I am sure we will shop here a few times before I leave. read more

Menards claims great things for their rewards and rebates. This has been a nightmare. I have tried for months to get in contact about my information. You are Supposed to be able to use your first initial, last name and address to find your information. None of mine exist. Now they want me to get my receipts. Which they require you to send in your original receipts. Silly me didn't make copies thinking this was legit, but I can no longer access them as Menards has them. They count on people either making a mistake, not following up or never turning them in. Making their rebate program pretty crappy. Went online to find help, only thing I found was more people running into the same problem. Sadly to top it off when I did shop there and would return to buy more of something to finish a project. They no longer had or carried it. And these were not clearance items. So I either had to start over or figure out how make it work. The store was typically dirty and it was a long check out process. Prices were of no cost savings. We just don't see any reason to waste the time and money on their rebate or shopping. But I bet they are making money on it. read more

This Menards location is huge! My mom and I stopped in to get some steps and cherry licorice after checking in to our hotel and couldn't believe how many cabinets and kitchenettes they had on display. (We can't find cherry licorice anywhere other than Menards and our local store doesn't have nearly as many options on display!) We also did some window shopping in the appliance section and picked up a few odds and ends before heading out. It was definitely a successful pit stop for steps and we are looking forward to getting our 11% rebate rewards for a future purchase in the mail when we get home. read more

Everyone else, please be aware that Menard's will sell you a mask for $1 at the door. Aaron, if you were there to furnish your newly purchased house as you mentioned in your review, then spending $1 on your fellow shoppers health and safety was not too much to ask. Drove over a hour and a half to get to Menards only to find out that we could not take our 7 year old grand child in to the store. What a disappointment that was for her and us. Huge waste of time and gas. read more

I visited your New Philadelphia store today. That huge, gorgeous, well stocked store with over 200,000 sq feet and I was required to wear a mask! All of the idle clerks had masks on too. Tuscarawas County had very few cases or deaths and most of those came from other places. It's time to lose the masks and make shopping pleasant again. read more

We bought 4000+ pounds of stone after delivery when I took broken ones back to exchange... not one employee helped!! Customers that where shopping helped me!! Stood at customer service for 20 min waiting for a employee to get broken stones out of truck... finally a young man offered to get them for me and he pushed them in!! Went back to get new stones asked 2 different male employees and they could not get off there forkfuls to help.. once again shoppers helped.. got back up to customer service to finish check out !! Again after being paged no employee came to help load my truck!! But a older man took my cart and loaded my truck for me!!! So thank you to Menards shoppers as for employees TERRIBLE, awful, LAZY... will not go back read more
