This park is good for toddlers and grade schoolers. Some of the slides on the "big kid" side are pretty high and fast. The toddler size is also great. The park was clean and not crowded. Also no big kids or teenagers running around. They also have a big splash pad that cool him down before going back to play . Fortunately we came across this sweet little place on the island. Small and quaint but full of rooms of imagination and learning. Each of the kids had different personalities and within seconds we found a spot for each of them. It may have been a toss up as to whether adults or kids had the most fun. There is only one doorway to come in and out of so we felt pretty safe that we wouldn't lose any too quickly lol. Every time we thought we had seen it all, there were more rooms to discover. Kids were fully entertained and happy to be out of the airbnb. There were enough activities for ages up to 8 I would say. There was also an art studio. Supplies were rough. Very used so a donation might improve that activity. Restrooms clean but small. So was parking. We had to park on adjacent street when we were there. Takeaway-when it rains, make a trip here you won't regret it. I believe it was $10 per head. Oh and be sure to do a little jig with Mr Skeleton while you're there.

For a family of 5 the price was $44 as a non resident. There is a 2ft deep kiddie play area with its own mini water slide and plenty of lifeguards to reassure the children are safe. There's a nice lazy river not too large but a decent size at 3-4 feet deep. There are 2 big water slides you have to climb stairs to go up! It's pretty awesome I've rode both slides and they're super fun! There's a place to buy snacks and drinks (cash only) you can pay to enter the park with tap to pay or card payment. There are picnic table areas and next door a nice huge park. This is ideal for families, very relaxing, fun music played which creates a summer feel atmosphere. Definitely recommend visiting for families with small children!

What I loved the most was that my husband was able to navigate a good portion of the park with his walker. We parked in the north lot at first. There was a nice concrete path that led from the north parking lot across a fun bridge and almost down to the area where the senior playground is. The rest of the path was in gravel, which he was still able to navigate with his walker (probably will be difficult for some walkers, but his has four big wheels and a seat). He got plenty of exercise with his walk, resting now and then on his seat! I then left him at the senior playground to wait for me while I walked back, got the car, and drove down to the parking lot there. Then, I had fun using the equipment that was there, including the swing! Fun day, especially since my husband could enjoy it with me. If you have a handicapped loved one and need a fun place to go, try Carbide Park!
