Starting off with parking, there was some construction going on and I missed the first entry, there was nowhere to turn for the parking lot address I had on 25th St (turn on 23rd)! We ended up doing street parking but there's 90 min of free parking if you make it into the lot. Moving onto the main attraction: food! Most of the food is real market food for folks cooking at home. Think sausages, fish, various other meats, and pastas. There was a great deal on fresh made pasta near the front for $2.50 a bundle, but I was on the hunt for ready-to-eat lunch and those didn't quite hit the mark! I also saw a lot of baked goods (apple fritters, macarons, breads), fried foods (empanadas, hand pies, etc.), and sauces/dips. When it came to food options I actively considered, I narrowed it down to spring rolls, crepes, and gyros, but ultimately the gyros were priced really high ($16!) and we ended up dining at the West Side Cafe (which was great, I'll review that separately). Long story short: fun market to shop around if you feel like cooking a nice meal, not so fun for a lunch while you're out. They had pallets of pumpkins well spread out for you to walk around and find the perfect one. Inside the shop had some local good along with more generic products. The bakery is really what shined. You were able to smell the free baked goods when you walked in. The apple fritter was a disappointment but the cinnamon sugar pumpkin doughbut was amazing!! Much has staid the same since the previous reviews... great weekly newsletter/ online store / bag process for 22 weeks in the summer... and a kind of wonky but refreshing winter subscription... summer starts in June and runs through october... winter picks right up but is only weekly to Turkey day and then changes to every other week. Shopping the online store is like having a farmer's market at your finger tips! Every week they also bring items to the stops for grab and go purchase... but if you really want milk and eggs... order online! They can sell out at the truck. This winter we tried the new Carnivore subscription... over the season smeveryone gets the same cow / pig / poultry and value add (lard, stock, deli meat, sausage, bones) but there is less flexibility... you need to go to the same stop each week. No dietary substitutions... everyone gets pork for example. The only downside to the omnivore winter subscription is the cabbage... lots and lots of cabbage... sauerkraut... more basketball size cabbages... so the carnivore is a nice change while still having access to the store and avoiding out of state protein. They post the newsletters and photos of the weekly bags online and have an epic treasure troce of recipes!

I'm a regular Summer Share member (2yrs running) and it's my favorite. However, last year I didn't do the Winter one and this year I did--holy crap was I missing out. Totally worth the price. You pick up weekly bags in the beginning and then switch to once every other week as the cold months kick in. You get tons of winter veggies, greens and then you'll start getting freshly frozen, long-lasting items that store well. Lots of root veg, cheeses, jars of pickled goodness, grains, dried beans (not like those ones you get at the store, trust), pastas and lots and lots of meat! Oh--and if you haven't tried their Thanksgiving Bags, please do so this year. You won't be disappointed.

The parking is right in front of the entrance. In front of the entrance there are several tables of fresh fruit and vegetables. The produce isn't just local produce, but everything looked great. The inside was organized and clean. More produce is offered inside as well. They also have jams, dressings, sauces, cheeses, homemade catnip toys, and other goods. Everything here was reasonably priced, a great spot to get local food items.
