I had seen many ads for this service, so I was excited to try it out. It comes off as misleading, especially since he said they aren't even based here. When scheduling over the phone, I was told pricing depends on volume of items, but no "starting at" price or anything. I was surprised at the prices (starting at $169), and especially surprised at the ADDITIONAL $150 labor fee that I also wasn't told about. I was later told that if I had my items in a central location that I wouldn't have to pay the $150 fee, but if I could move them myself then I wouldn't have to hire a service. What I thought was going to be an easy and reasonable service turned into feeling misled and scammed.

Well after multiple(probably 20 calls over 2 months) to the office, asking for Bell and the owner after I didn't hear anything back from them, they jusy never seem to be in the office or able to return my call which the office said would happen EACH TIME. If they don't care about fixing something that they clearly damaged and said they would fix, why would they care about anything on your property. Terrible customer service.
