They suck and are greedy. No matter what happens they will try to get the full amount from you unless you plan an accident in time to notify them. My sister was there and she told the person at the desk which was acknowledged. I would definitely bypass this place to stay as there are other hotels/motels in the area with a much better customer service department. They rate a "0" for experience

Floral Cottage was my last hope, and to my surprise, the owner personally offered to deliver flowers to my home on Sunday morning. And she actually did it!
