They stated verbally to us and on their website they have experience doing so. The trailer arrived at the location on 8/29/25 and upon unloading it was discovered the piano had been broken. It was expressed to us by the company we utilized for unloading that the piano had not been packed properly which we also confirmed with a piano repair shop. I have waited to write a review with hopes that Mike would work with us to come to a solution. That is not the case and I am here to at least help other consumers. Affordable Movers is not a company I would trust nor recommend to anyone due to how I was treated during discussions as well as the lack of accountability. We asked for some sort of resolution, even just covering the fee for the estimate for repair which Mike flat out refused.
