We were mocked and disregarded today over a equation about mask requirements in Florida. While wearing a masks their young clerks and sales folks decided to begin mocking and slandering us for asking. Our option was to either not ask or leave the store. Is this where we've gone? What is wrong with America? Sad to say, we won't be back and Amazon,Sweetwater, Musician's friend, etc. just gained a reluctant new customer. SMH

They stated verbally to us and on their website they have experience doing so. The trailer arrived at the location on 8/29/25 and upon unloading it was discovered the piano had been broken. It was expressed to us by the company we utilized for unloading that the piano had not been packed properly which we also confirmed with a piano repair shop. I have waited to write a review with hopes that Mike would work with us to come to a solution. That is not the case and I am here to at least help other consumers. Affordable Movers is not a company I would trust nor recommend to anyone due to how I was treated during discussions as well as the lack of accountability. We asked for some sort of resolution, even just covering the fee for the estimate for repair which Mike flat out refused. I hope other customers do their diligence and understand what they are getting when they look at Affordable Movers, its affordable for a reason

When I pushed back about paying in full in advance, I was politely told that I was welcome to use another service that would pay them after completion but that I would pay more. I paid directly the day before, when I got into town, as required. -- In all interactions, I received immediate text responses (which goes a long way toward comfort during what is always a stressful operation for the customer). Since I had to fly out of town the afternoon of the move, I was guaranteed to be first job in the morning (fingers crossed), with arrival at the storage facility planned for 08:00-09:00am. On the day, it was a rainy Saturday in Pensacola. I began getting texts shortly after 8:00am from the driver, concerned that they would be late due to traffic. They were well within the promised time frame! Don and Curtis arrived shortly before 9:00am and got straight to work. Extremely polite, quiet, hard-working. They knocked out moving furniture pieces from one floor to another (with dollies and freight elevator) in just under 45 minutes. I couldn't have had a better experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. -- I'm going to email my storage facility to offer this company's services to anyone who needs pure labor, no truck, and extremely reliable service at a great and reasonable price. I'm providing a photo of the dollies at the storage facility simply because I didn't take a picture of my laborers and I know reviews with photos get more traction. :-)

I received an email and phone call about who was coming out. I lucked out bc my appointment moved up to today which I really wanted anyway. Ethan and Zach were very professional and nice to talk too. I had a few areas I put my stuff at and they were fast loading. The bumper they put on the door frame was amazing because I had a couch that was pretty good size and with that on the door frame there wasn't any dents. Sorry no pictures but the service I received was 5 stars!!!
