I of course like the work they do but the best part is that, I don't have to be there to give them access to water like businesses I had doing it before them. They come with a complete set up with water tanks and all. I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work done quickly at a fair price. They also offer a military discount and have specials all the time that they are quick to tell you about. I've even had them do my driveway at home because the special they were running was so great.

After we found out from our management that nightly rentals are prohibited in the community, we switched to monthly stays and later communicated that to Quicki Clean. This August we complained why the strong cigarette odor wasn't picked up by cleaning team during the inspection - and then we receive an email from Quicki Clean telling us they terminated the service with us on the grounds of "The only service we provide is cleaning of short term vacation rentals". I was not expecting this because we switched to long-term almost instantly and it wasn't a problem for almost a year. What made this especially confusing is their recent email communication that was sent out to everyone, explaining the process of handling long term stays. It looks like Quicki Clean does not respect their clients, while charging a premium price. Do not recommend.
