I loved my photos, they were fabulous and reasonably priced! Trust me, I looked at other pricing for boudoir photo shoots and hers are the best pricing around, I'm so grateful for this. Adrienne did such an awesome job at making me feel comfortable. The makeup artist did a fantastic job as well, I forgot her name (oops! all i remember about her is she did cross fit) but I got to wear my makeup all day for St. Patricks day and everyone complimented on how great I looked. I'm not exactly the skinniest person but Adrienne made me feel like I was. My photos also reflected this. Adrienne knows how to get you into position and make you look fantastic! Got a groupon for a budoir shoot and had a blast! I've never done anything like this and Adrienne was awesome. She made me look good! Poses you perfectly and makes you feel really comfortable. You can tell she loves what she does, which helps a lot! She'll take any suggestions and work with your outfits/props. Alright so I got a boudoir photo shoot as a gift (which was a little odd but I ran with it) and I was astonished at how well it went. Adrienne called me and went out of her way to explain everything to me and make sure I was prepared. She called me from her own cell and told me to call anytime. I wanted the 8x10 by Valentine's and I was going the Saturday before so I thought there would be no way but she told me when I got there it wouldn't be a problem at all. I didn't get my hair done there but makeup was included. It felt weird spending most of the day not wearing makeup but it looked nice once I got it done. I was pretty nervous but Adrienne was great in making me feel comfortable. The pictures turned out really well and Jennifer and Adrienne said they loved the outfits I brought as well as that I photographed pretty well (which I'm sure they say to everyone) but that made me feel better. She was making sure everything was clean and disinfected from the shoot before while I got ready and that was nice too. When I went back to get my print they spent plenty of time going over the packages and each photo with me. I did a little research and had another friend who went to another place for the same photo shoot and she paid more then double for what I got from my photo shoot. So I am really glad that they were reasonable. They were also willing to take payments just to make sure I could get what I wanted. I am more comfortable now and would very likely go back or do a baby photo shoot there when that time comes. I'd recommend giving it a try they make you feel really beautiful! What a horrible experience. I got overcharged, pressured into buying their overpriced packages when I wasn't happy with ANY of my photos and when I tried discussing this with the owners they were extraordinarily rude and then just stopped returning my phone calls and emails. I had to file a dispute with my bank to have the charges fixed. Low class, poorly run, bad photos and the worst customer service. Don't waste your money. Awful. read more

My boyfriend purchased an online deal for Memories Photography for me. Adrienne was really great but very hard to get ahold of. My deal was never fulfilled. I was supposed to get a print and option to purchase more. I emailed several times with what print I wanted as an 8x10" and that I wasn't sure about others as my face was much whiter than my body in all the photos. If I was going to put out money-I wanted great photos. I am sorry I will not recommend the studio, I was excited and was let down. read more

This "Business" is THE worst I have seen. I did not see any customer service or friendliness. I was there because a friend who happened to be an employee of theirs bought me an hour shoot with them;The reason for the shoot was, my husband is over seas in the Army. I am a very experienced model and also did a shoot for playboy. I had brought a friend along with me and while she was looking through my images on the camera she said "WOW! youre such a good model" the photographer said "oh hunny, i can make anyone a good model" I just want to say I am a very modest person, I was in the dressing room where the photographer thought I couldnt hear her... If I was a photographer, no matter how bad the model was, if you want to keep your business you congratulate the item you are shooting, not yourself. She was not friendly and highly full of herself. aside from the shooting experience I purchased a CD of all my images for 400 dollars! I made payments on it for 3 months. Within those 3 months I called asking if I could change my purchase to a printed book of 20 images for a cheaper price instead of all the images on a cd, I never got a call back!!! I called 4 other times and finally on the last call they returned it. They told me that no purchases could be changed once you began making payments on a package.. (I was never told this in person) Also they could not find my paper work on my CD so" theyd have to give me a call back". When they called me back they told me the reason why they could not find my paper work was, my CD had been ready for pick up for 3 weeks! No one had calledto inform me that my CD was ready. My husband was home on R&R 2 weeks ago and I could have gifted all the images to him in person when he was home. Now, he has no address for me to send it to. Thanks for nothing "memories" photography.. you are a disgrace to the photography world. read more

Not the best experience.. Used living socials special. Just fair warning- they use those coupons to get people in the door but don't expect any fair prices on final product. $100 per picture. I would be ok paying more for budior photos if they warranted it at least.. Not smudged makeup, crooked necklaces, awkward poses and limited options on prints. They "say" 100-120 photos .. But keep in mind it's only 30-40 maybe that they actually edit and then change the coloring to technically give you more. Sorry but if I buy the image I think I'm more than capable of making it black and white or sepia on my own.. Not being charged for those images. Also my package came with an 8x10 print.. But when I picked one that I wanted, I was told it wasn't sized for 8x10 and when she cropped it to size - it either took part of my head off - or my belly! Which by the way, belly is pretty important when you are doing a maternity shoot! This happened on multiple pictures that I wanted! The friendliness and professionalism is lacking at this studio as well.. First off, the makeup and hair artist was on her phone the entire time and I was exposed to way TMI regarding her daughters bladder infection, her divorce etc.. Didn't feel like I was there to be pampered or be the center of attention unfortunately. Also I had to make an appointment within 30 seconds of walking into the door on when I would return to look at final pics... When I told her my husband would be coming with me and I needed to check with him first and asked if I could just call back she told me I still had to make an appointment right now..?? No pleasentries upon walking in- no hi, nice to meet you.. Welcome.. How are you.. Very cold and standoffish from both employees both times I've been there. The second one even tried to charge me for fake eyelashes when I came back to pic out my photos.. Which I never even used! Even after explaining my frustrations with my experiences, they refused to do anything to make me feel better.. Maybe a discount on a print?? Something that would show that they actually care about customers satisfaction would be nice to see.., but alas, it seems all about the money to them.. Plan on getting a small collection of options for a high price and a relatively indifferent staff . Will not be recommending read more

Adrianne claims to be a creative photographer but she directed me into poses that were identical to the poses of women in her portfolio. Not much creativity. The studio is very outdated, seems like it stayed in the 80's. It does not seem like a professional studio at all with bed sheets (not ironed by the way) on the walls, my pictures look so home-made. The process of choosing your photos is very inconvenient - you have to be in the studio and you can't even navigate through the photos yourself! The reason they do that is so that you don't have time to analyze how you look in photos and buy a ridiculously expensive package right there on the spot. They try to upsell you a photobook for $300-400. The clientele is typical of Aurora clientele - white fat women who put on lingerie for the first time in their lives and think they look sexy in it. read more

I was really sure that I would like this studio because it got recommended from close friend of mine but it was a total disappointment. I hire Adrienne to do my wedding and I was so excited that she was able to do it especially on such a short notice, paid her upfront and everything was set up correctly. When I got to my wedding it wasn't ever her who was taking a pictures, it was her partner Jennifer that I had no idea who she was and how good of photographer she was. Jennifer told me that Adrienne had a family emergency and she couldn't make it. I felt truly sorry that happened to her but looking at professional side, since she is a PROFESSIONAL photographer she should have said something about it, then just sending someone to take our wedding pictures that I didn't even know about it. After 3 weeks of wedding I finally sent her a message to see what is going on with my pictures, where Adrienne responded with very cold tone that pictures are being edited and it will be done soon. With phone calls, and multiple messages I am finally getting my pictures after 7 weeks. It was very frustrated experience and lack of communication and friendliness from Memories Photography. I hope pictures are good at least after waiting forever to get them. Maybe Adrienne is awesome photographer but unfortunately I never got a chance to experience that with her after paying her a good amount of money. I wish I could recommend this place but I would say don't bother , find someone else who will take a better care of you. read more

I will keep this short and simple....ok, maybe just simple. Boudoir shoot in Dec 2012. Friend and I went on the same day, one shoot after the other. We get there on time, Adrienne was not. We wait, and once she finally gets there, she informs us that she is going to "squeeze in" a friend's shoot ahead of our scheduled shoot, well, just because she can. Our makeup gal was amazing, did a quick yet fantastic job, loved her. But, when we were done with that part- we waited for a good hour for our turns to start. She had US waiting.... we had appointment, that's what an appointment is for. Once it was our turn, my friend went first. Adrienne was on her phone the whole time, texts, calls, you name it. I feel our time was cheated, on both of our shoot times. She'd leave the room for a few minutes, then she'd act as though she wasn't doing anything wrong when we were clearly annoyed. My turn comes up, we have already been at the studio for a good 3-4 hours by now (for a 90min shoot by the way), and although she did the shots that I wanted her to, and I really did love my pictures.... she was still on her phone, texting, calls, and then her sister shows up- so she leaves the room for a good 5 min, right in the middle of my shoot. She is very unprofessional, and if she needs office help, hire someone for Pete's sake. Don't make your clients who are paying $450 for a CD, WAIT!! I love my pics, I will say that much- but I turned all of my friends who wanted to know where I had my pics done at, away from her studio. It just wasn't worth it. And, 2 of the shots that I LOVED and she KNEW that I wanted on my CD, were not on my CD, and quite frankly just gone.... no way to get them. That made me mad! All in all, she's just not profession. She is VERY difficult to get ahold of, she doesn't return calls, texts or emails, and it all goes to her iPhone! She was rude when I had questions after the shoot. She was very unpleasant.
