Very friendly staff. Can be very busy at night, not so much in the afternoon. The pistachio gelato was amazing, the Nutella gelato was just okay. I like that their gelato is not too sweet.
Their Dubai chocolate crepe was delicious, it's really rich and heavy, I'd recommend sharing it with your date, friend, or family member unless you want to end up stuck on the toilet the next morning! Their coffee was really good and on a separate occasion, I tried their berry gelato and it was beyond delicious, freshly made with real fruit. Staff is always welcoming and friendly! Ambiance was vibrant, loved the Arabic music that they play while you're enjoying your sweet snack.
Everything I wanted it to be. I had the eclair pyramid, the fettuccine crepes, and the Tahiti to split among my group of 3. All of the fruit tasted very fresh and juicy and the strawberry Tahiti drink was very good. There was an abundance of fruit through the whole drink. The fettucine was amazing and the chocolate was on point. The star of the show for me was the eclair pyramid . It had a nice filling with the perfect amount of chocolate all over it. My only regret is that I ordered too much food and was forced to eat more chocolate than I intended. The staff was very helpful and friendly explaining everything to us. The decor in this place is also very appealing too. I'll definitely be coming back and will bring all of my chocolate addicted friends.
Melt N Dip is our go to spot for desserts in Orlando. They are open late night as well. The atmosphere is lively and the service is great. I never ordered anything here that I didn't like. The chocolate quality is 10/10!
Feeling like something sweet, we came to this place. This place focuses on crepes, waffles, and ice cream. So so good. Warning on the chocolate covered crepes and waffles, it is A LOT of chocolate. Beautiful but a lot of chocolate. For chocolate lovers is fantastic. The crepes and waffles is big so easily shareable with 2 or more people. The ice cream is fantastic. Definitely a good place to come for dessert.
The desserts were amazing! This would have easily been a 5 but the men's bathroom needed some major attention! I opened the door and walked right back out! I saw a staff member go in (I hope to clean) but I never went back! The staff was super friendly! For the dessert I highly recommend!
Food - We ordered the banana split and wow, what an impressive dessert! It arrived as a generous creation with 3 scoops of ice cream, beautifully topped with whipped cream, rich chocolate fudge, and a colorful array of fresh fruits including pineapple, strawberry, and 2 whole bananas. The portion size was incredibly generous--easily shareable among a large group--and the presentation was stunning, truly one of the best I've seen! While it leaned a bit sweet for my personal taste, I should mention I've been spoiled by freshly made ice creams lately. That said, the quality was still quite good, and if fresh artisan ice cream wasn't my usual reference point, I would have thought this was absolutely excellent. It's definitely a crowd-pleaser! Service - The staff was friendly and attentive, serving us promptly with a welcoming attitude. Ambiance - The space has a lovely contemporary feel with beautiful middle Eastern design influences that create a distinctive and inviting atmosphere for a dessert destination.
Stopped in for a sweet treat after dinner and wow. Fettuccine style crepes? Sounds delicious even though I didn't order it. I got a Dubai chocolate crepe and was super pleased, it was exactly what I wanted. This place has some interesting items that literally made my mouth water. Spacious with tons of seating! The cashier was nice and they bring out your orders to you. I have to come back.. to dry the red velvet style fettuccine crepe lol!!
This place was a hit! It's a little unassuming place in a strip on Sand Lake by Restaurant Row. When you walk in there, it's spacious and clean and inviting. The menu is enormous as well. Everything looked so delicious and it was hard to choose. I decided on a pink chai and a Dubai strawberry cup. The chai was a pale pink with a delicate flavor and came with a biscoff cookie. The strawberry cup was epic. Tons of good quality chocolate, pistachio cream, kataife, and fresh strawberries. I shared a large one with my friend and we still couldn't finish it. Very decadent! I can't wait to bring my family to try some of the menu items because it all looked epic.
This is our go to for all things melty and dippy! We love this place. I get the Dubai strawberry and my bestie gets the yolo crepe and we love it. The people who work here are wonderful and the vibe is friendly. Sometimes the music is too loud but the food is good enough to overcome that.
This place was very clean and well kept. The restaurant is big! Lots of seating inside and outside. The service was great. The prices are a bit steep: 2 desserts plus tip and one glass of milk was around $60. But the location is Dr.Phillips and the desserts were absolutely delicious!! We will def come back.
Nice spot in Orlando - living in Tampa it's a go to spot. Similar atmosphere and service here. Lovely to try and love to see the service translate between branches!
We stopped by to get dinner then realized they don't sell savory foods, only desserts and drinks. I assumed by the name that they'd have some savory crepes. So we went elsewhere for dinner and came back for dessert. The crepes seem expensive, but you get a very large portion. We had the Pina Colada crepe and it was great. The two of us could only eat less than half of it. The staff members were nice and the seating area is clean and comfortable. They also have outside seating. We will be back.
Melt n Dip doesn't look like much from the outside, but visiting becomes a full immersion into Middle Eastern culture- cuisine, dessert, coffee and warmth! We tried the knafeh, a traditional middle eastern dessert (if you know), but this one was covered in chocolate. If you don't know, knafeh is a sweet cheese dessert, so yeah, cheese covered in chocolate...Normally, I'd say cheese and chocolate together is a hugeee no, but somehow it was really delicious the way they made it here. They also have a lot of other desserts, both American, Middle Eastern, gelato and some just unique things like red velvet pasta. They make traditional Turkish coffee, and it was fun to watch the guy drag the coffee along hot sand to brew it. This place can get busy and for good reason, because it's YUMMY. Melt n Dip will be sure to satisfy any sweet tooth! read more
The menu is EXTENSIVE! Plenty to choose from so there's a little something for everyone. The portions are generous so if you're not too big on sweets, feel free to share. Plenty of seating, they have glass bottles of water in the fridges against the wall or you can buy personal bottles of water if you wish I ordered the pistachio crepe and it was RICH! Full of flavor, sweet, but somewhat heavy and I could only eat about a quarter of it before I tapped out. I had some of the Kashmiri chai and it was light and comforting. A slight cinnamon taste but not too milky which made it easy to drink. I hope to visit again soon though I'll likely go for the strawberries in chocolate as it might help to have the acid from the fruit cut through the sweetness of the Dubai chocolate read more

Wow! This place is a sweet tooth lovers dream! From crepes to gelato and fresh fruit they offer everything. When I walked in and saw the three chocolate fountains I knew I was in for a treat. We got the tahini drink, eclair tower, and fettuccine crepe. My husband and daughter joined for this adventure so we split everything 3 ways. It was more than enough food. The service was nice and each order came out fresh when they were ready. Which was nice because we didn't end up getting overwhelmed with too many things at once. The tahini drink was better than I could have imagined. It was filled with fresh strawberries and banana throughout the entire cup. The strawberry gelato on top and the strawberry juice all complement each other nicely. I actually took some of the banana out and ate it with the fettuccine crepe. Which was also equally delicious with the different chocolates drizzled over the top. I'd probably see if I could get the crepe with banana slices next time if I didn't order that drink. The eclairs were amazing. The filling complimented the chocolate and the pastry. If you're in the area you need to stop by here and try something. You really can't go wrong here! read more
We were just looking for something sweet and someone recommended this place to me via comment on TikTok. We decided to share the Apple Cinnamon Crepe. It was really good!!! I'd have liked if the apple filling inside the crepe was warm like the crepe and the chocolate were. The tables were really nice and the chairs were very comfortable. The server brought us water, which was great because we needed some water to wash down the yummy melty chocolate on our crepe. The menu has a lot of really delicious looking crepes and desserts. Great place if you're looking for something sweet! read more

Our first time there and my friend and I were excited about the large menu with so many wonderful options, from gelato to crepes, skillet sundaes, cheesecakes, and more! We told the cashier it was our first time there and excited to try everything, and asked for recommendations. I ordered the triple chocolate crepe with no white chocolate (it's not chocolate after all) and two bottles of water. The cashier directed me to get the water from the refrigerator behind us after paying for our order. We grabbed our number and got two bottles of the cheap, not Fiji, bottles of water. When we sat down waiting for our food, the cashier came to our table saying we were supposed to pick up the free bottles of bottle to drink at our table and when we left we needed to pay for the bottles we took. I explained I ordered two bottles of water, and she said I was supposed to take the glass large bottles on the bottom of the fridge. How would we have known? We felt a bit criminalized and she wasn't apologetic at all. At this point, fairly certain any other food establishment would've let this "misunderstanding" go as we were first-timers and was clear we weren't there to buy the expensive desserts we ordered then to pull one over on them to steal water. We ate our desserts. They were beautifully presented. The chocolate drizzled over the crepe was good, crepe cooked well, but the crepe had some kind of green sauce inside I'm still not sure what it is. Having been to Paris many times that was a first in a crepe for me. The side of Nutella gelato was very weak flavored. Needed much more Nutella and not creamy enough to be authentic gelato. When we were ready to leave, the line got long and we still needed to pay for our bottles of water, but didn't want to wait in a long line. My friend asked if we could just give her cash for the two bottles. She checked with her manager and said it was fine. $7.00 for two bottles of Poland Spring water?! I could buy a case of that same water at Walmart for that much. I again reiterated that I did say two bottles of water when I ordered, but no apology at all. She just took the money and that was that. When we left, my friend said she saw them watching us like hawks from behind the counter so we wouldn't take off without paying for the water. Our desserts were $17.99 plus $4.99 for a small scoop of gelato. You may want to improve your customer experience especially with prices like those. Very disappointing. Really wanted to love this place. Nothing Bundt Cake, Kelly's Homemade ice cream and CFS all within a few blocks of here, highly recommend if you're looking for an evening dessert. read more

I visited Melt n dip a few days ago and the truth is that the Crepes were excellent! The chocolate is very tasty, the atmosphere is clean, and the service is fast, the only thing I see is that they are a little high in price, but for a treat from time to time it is worth it read more
Pretty cool place. Super friendly people. Menu is AMAZING! Lots and lots of desserts. The Dubai chocolate crepe was delicious! The demascene ice cream combined with Turkish coffee was also great! You can tell that the staff takes pride in their work and the place. They are constantly going around making sure that the place is clean. Lots of space to sit indoors and a couple of tables outside. Will definitely be back! read more

Amazing!!!! Amazing!!! If I had the money I would invest in opening one of these in Atlanta. It would make so much money!!! This is the definition of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory!!! They have chocolate covered everything! And it's so rich and creamy! We got the Dubai Strawberry cup and it was amazing!!! So much chocolate! It was so delicious that the next day we went back and got a brownie chocolate waffle with strawberries and a pistachio crepe. So amazing!!! Best dessert we had here!!! Service was nice and the restaurant is nice. I do wish the parking was bigger. It can be tricky getting in and out. read more

Really great add to the sand lake area. This place is pricey but their chocolate truly is high quality. We have been twice and ordered multiple things. There was nothing we didn't like. I just hope they maintain their quality and maybe adjust some menu items like the chocolate fettuccine.. their portions are usually big but the fettuccine was very small. Also considering it's the same price as the Dubai crepe is INSANE. it's a chopped up crepe with chocolate vs whole crepe with chunks of pistachio, chocolate, pistachio sauce, katayfi.. etc. read more

Wow! Wow! Wow! The chocolate is on another level, as a chocolate lover I personally never tried chocolate so delicious! I highly recommend getting a piece of the Turkish chocolate!
