We were looking for a quality massage in San Juan but didn't want to pay full luxury hotel spa prices. Cloud Spa, located right next to the DoubleTree Hilton, ended up being the perfect middle ground--polished, relaxing, and professional without feeling over-the-top expensive. The space itself feels calm and thoughtfully designed. It's clean, serene, and well-run. While it doesn't have extended lounge or relaxation rooms where you can spend hours in a robe, it does deliver where it matters most: the treatments. Experience & Service * Very accommodating and welcoming staff * Smooth scheduling and check-in process * Locker and restroom facilities available * Focused environment centered around quality treatments Treatments * Excellent massages--skilled therapists and relaxing atmosphere * Wide range of treatment options available * Feels elevated and professional, not rushed or basic This is ideal for someone who wants a high-quality spa treatment without paying premium resort pricing. You're not coming here to spend half the day lounging--you're coming for a great service in a polished setting. Verdict Cloud Spa delivers strong value for the experience. Elevated but approachable, professional yet comfortable. If you're staying near the DoubleTree or simply want a dependable spa option in San Juan, this is an easy five stars.

WARNING: PLEASE DO NOT GET WAXING HERE…read more I got a Brazilian here this morning and I actually can not believe the way that this woman left me. I think it's important to note that I've gotten Brazilians for the last 4 years and never have I had such a painful, messy, unkept, skin ripped off wax job. Not only did she leave several unkept areas with extremely long hair and left over wax on my skin.. I'm also in a lot of pain 8 hours after the wax due to it being too hot, burning and pulling off skin and hair being ripped off in the wrong direction. It was the worst experience I've ever had in a spa and when I told the front desk at checkout that I was unbelievably unhappy she just proceeded to run my card.
