My sister and I stopped in here for a bite of lunch. The food was so good. She had the potato soup and grilled cheese special and I had a burger and cottage cheese. The service was quick and friendly. Small town diner for the win!! Oh...and this wall mural was right close by.

Pretty much your standard small-town country diner. My family tried the fish and chips and daily special meatloaf. Fish and chips were good but not exceptional. I would definitely not recommend the meatloaf. Overall it, was an enjoyable experience with great service! It be great to see more healthy options.

Homey and casual.

Cruisers Diner - The fried pickle slices. They were not good. The ranch and other sauce was quite good.

I just got back to Cincinnati from celebrating my sister's birthday at Cruisers. Four of us got…read moreamazing service from Tiffany, and excellent food, at a reasonable price. For appetizers, we had jalapeño poppers, chili cheese fries, and tater tots. All were very good. For lunch, we had a turkey bacon club melt, a bacon cheeseburger, meatloaf, and something else that I can't remember. All of it came out hot from the kitchen, and was very good. For dessert we had apple pie à la mode, and excellent coconut cream pie. We don't recommend the apple pie, but we absolutely recommend the coconut cream pie. Cruisers Diner is about an hour drive from my house, and just a little over an hour from my sister's house, so it's our favorite place to meet. It is very clean, and affordable, with true diner food. Its location just off of Route 32 makes it very accessible from east and west. Route 62 gives easy access from north and south, too..

Service: I think today they had about one server on each side of the diner, so it was a little slow, but there were a lot of people there Food: food is always good. I heard their breakfast is usually amazing. I decided to try their open face turkey and I got the half portion which was a small sliver of turkey not even worth mentioning. But it was good. Their mashed potatoes are the bomb for diner potatoes love them.! Price: $$ affordable Cleanliness: 8/10

Unfortunately, the customer service during my most recent visit was disappointing, and I would rate that aspect of the experience around 1.5 stars. From the moment we entered, we were not greeted with a smile and did not feel particularly welcomed. We requested to sit outside, and although there were more than 10 open tables available, we were seated directly next to the only other occupied table. Our waitress also appeared somewhat disengaged throughout the visit. There was limited interaction, and when we asked twice for additional time to decide what we wanted to order, we felt that our request was not received warmly. This was a Thursday at the beginning of the month, and the restaurant was not particularly busy, so the lack of attentiveness was especially noticeable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced inconsistent customer service at The Porch. The food continues to be good, but the service has begun to significantly affect the overall dining experience. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and focus on improving the customer-service experience through additional support and training for the staff. Customers should feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment they walk through the door.
