I went in calm just wanting some changes that could be closer to what I asked for and couldn't believe the extreme attitude and unprofessionalism I was given. You aren't always going to hit a home run, so at least have the customer service skills down and not make your paying customers feel bad for wanting what they paid for. Be Better Kellen's.
