All they have to do is use a teapot with a diffuser and you can even let it steep at the table, like they do at Joe's Bread in Chesterton. You can also buy better quality tea bags if you are cutting corners. I had the early grey chicken purse, pot pie soup, and the salad. The dressing was sweet, raspberry. Some may like it but it was not for me. The food was extremely salty. I love salt, and this was tough. The pot pie soup has potential with less salt. I did not end up liking the tea flavor with the chicken but the quality of the food was good. I did not try the desserts.

I wanted to send a 'statement' floral arrangement to the nearby nursing home who had cared for my mother for several years. (She just passed.) I was very forthright about my concerns with OTHER florists (NOT Bryan's) who have filled an order "to value" according to the price and I have ended up with an arrangement that is skimpy in comparison to the image on the website. You can imagine how disappointing this has been. Bryan's Florist was wonderful to work with. Kathy skillfully guided me through my options and, within less than an hour, had created a gorgeous bouquet. I live 2000 miles away and she was kind enough to email a photo of the bouquet to me. What really set them apart, though, was their thoughtfulness. They asked for the recipient's phone number so they could confirm she would be home to receive the flowers, especially with the storms today. This is such a smart and customer‑focused policy.
