I explained my nephew didn't have much money to fix it. Afterwards I received a call and he said that the pickup was not worth fixing. Although they didn't actually work on this vehicle, they were pleasant and extremely helpful. In the future if I'm in need of a shop you can bet I'll call Redding Collision!

I was devastated the father thought oh my gosh it's just a door thing, but it was right on the crease of my car and I thought oh my gosh that is never gonna be able to be fixed. His wife says it's no problem. her father managed a State Farm insurance company and she gave me her card and said take it to Coach Masters and I thought OK sounds good. first thing in the morning I went over there and I let them know that my card been door dinged and I gave them her card and they said yes we know her and we know her father and that he ran the State Farm and they do a lot of business with them and they'd give him a call. I set up an appointment and he wrote up an estimate how much it would cost and one little door dang mind you was almost $1900. They had my car for five days and when I got my car back, I was absolutely amazed. You never have known that that car had any do any work done to it anything the paint was pristine. Now Coach Masters told me that this paint was specialty paint and that it was gonna be very difficult to paint because the stage paint they took out my window had to take off the underneath fender well and had to be prepped correctly, and the dent was very deep. When I got that car back it was beautiful. They cut and polished the whole car. It was gorgeous. If you ever have any work that needs to be done. Take it to Coach Masters. Their company has been around for a long time and if I ever have to have work done. I will absolutely take it there

On the way to his shop, it looks like an rutal area. But don't be discouraged by it. Indeed, he had very good skills, and a nice dog. He fixed the car for me with very detailed explanations. I feel that he really enjoyed his work. Good and impressive! The cost is reasonable and well explained ahead of the fix. Even cheaper than the mechanics I used to work with in my city.

I felt like Hild understood the situation and worked with us to get the repair completed as quickly and efficiently as possible, at a very reasonable price. I would definitely return with future needs if in the area. Only note is the waiting room is a little sterile; since sometimes you have to be there for an hour or more, it could use more magazines and a bit of an upgrade to the refreshment station, but again that is secondary to the reason why you are there!

Its been over 3 months and they still haven't finished the repairs. Every week its the same, they will call me (they never do), it will be done next week (never is), just waiting on a part... I can not stress this enough, they either don't know how to fix a thing, or they are milking work from the boss. It's brain dead to think that they have had my car for months and never called the dealer for the parts they needed. This has gotten to the point where I am looking at legal action, this has to be fraud.
