Then he asked if I was the tenant, because they like to treat tenants like second class citizens. He said who he was and then just tried to walk in past her not even waiting for her to get out of the way trying to force her out of the way basically. another time while 1 person was working on the central heating and Air he was sitting on our Christmas tree in the box smashing the box in. The owner said they would be here at 9am. 9:15 rolls around and I call for an update which I shouldn't have had to do, and they said they would be here in a couple minutes. 25 minutes later they show up. I explain how the owner was rude they called the owner and the owner told them to leave. Which is great, because they don't deserve the business. I have dealt with the other HVAC companies in town, and none of them were unprofessional like this. My recommendation is to go with any other company. They all got great reviews from me!
