First, I want to make it clear that this review is not about Reagan. She has always done an amazing job grooming Mya, and I have never had any complaints about the care she has provided. She has always been kind and professional. My concern is with the owner and the way this situation was handled. After one of Mya's grooming appointments at Bath and Beyond Pet Salon, she unexpectedly became pregnant while in the salon's care. We only discovered she was pregnant when she went in to be spayed, and because she was in the early stages of pregnancy, the pregnancy had to be terminated during her surgery. I want to emphasize that I was never angry about the situation. My first call to the salon wasn't to complain or demand anything. I called simply to let the owner know what had happened and to have an honest conversation about how this could have occurred, what their policies are, and what steps they take to supervise the dogs in their care. I genuinely wanted reassurance because I had every intention of continuing to bring Mya there. I just wanted to know that the dogs are being properly watched and that the business would be transparent about a serious incident like this. What has been most disappointing is that despite my call, I have never received a phone call or any communication from the owner. There has been no discussion about how this happened, no explanation of their policies or procedures, and no reassurance that changes have been made to help prevent something like this from happening again. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds afterward speaks volumes. The complete lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly disappointing. I am not writing this review to attack anyone personally, especially not Reagan. I am writing it because I believe pet owners deserve transparency, accountability, and the reassurance that their pets are being properly supervised while in someone else's care. I sincerely hope Bath and Beyond Pet Salon takes this as an opportunity to evaluate its procedures, communicate more responsibly with clients, and demonstrate the level of honesty and care that pet owners should be able to expect.

They don't usually carry the cheaper foods you might find at big box stores but you will find mid grade to higher quality foods and supplements which I prefer. The staff at the stores are generally great. Always polite and professional but not all of them know a ton about products. There supply is one person though at each store that's an expert, just gotta find them. They have nice and great priced dog wash stations which I use often. And I think most have in house groomers as well if you need that service. Parking here at this location can be tough. I suggest just going to the parking areas to the south towards the furniture store as the north lot is tiny and usually packed.

We provided pictures from many years ago when we once had an excellent groomer and Moran did everything right! One of our babies has small skin tags and not one was kicked. There were no scratches or sores from the grooming and yet everything was perfect, from the little shaved poodle feet to their beautifully trimmed muzzles and faces.
