The deliveryman (understandably) did not want to wait until we opened and inspected everything, so we signed for it and he left. We soon realised our mistake. The frame had damage on various parts - some of which could be hidden by blankets, and some, quite noticeable. We asked the company to send us a replacement for the damaged parts, and several phone calls, emails and registered letters later, they completely refused to accept responsibility for the damage. Now, two years down the line, despite the fact that the bed is a guest bed and hardly ever used, the damage is getting worse and the headboard is cracking. Do not bother buying anything from this company. They take your money and leave you hanging.
