At first I thought I wouldn't qualify because of my credit and he said that won't effect me and he did not lie and I was approved for way more than I thought. From start to finish he was very helpful. Walking me through every step of the way. I don't even know how many times I called and texted him for the most minor detail of the loan and never hesitated to answer or get back to me within the next few hours. Once I found a house he was on top of everything and even estimated everything within a penny of what everything would cost all the way to the payments a hour after I texted him the details of the house and price. If anyone has a chance to work with him he will not disappoint and will go above and beyond to help you get into a great home!

This review is long overdue. I believe we originally met Chad through a real estate agent friend…read more Chad has treated us well over the years helping guide us through numerous difficult mortgage related decisions and questions. He is knowledgeable and professional. Customer service is something that is becoming less of a thing nowadays but Chad has been great, very down to earth and eager to help. Despite not moving forward with services/decisions in the past, Chad never made us feel like we were bothering him. As far as Cross Country Mortgage, unlike many of the other negative reviews, I have not had any issues up to this point. I actually feel like their website and customer service is more robust unlike other companies I've dealt with.

I walked into this office, on time for my appointment that was set weeks before. I don't know if it was my age group, my ethnicity or her preconceived judgments. There was no acknowledgment of her tardiness. Nor an introduction to our first face-to-face meeting. When I asked to close the door for privacy, she stated she was offended that I wanted to close the door to her office, which was attached to the lobby that had other clients waiting. She proceeded to raise her voice and shout at me for no reason. There was NO respect for your time and definitely not your privacy of obvious personal tax information.

I have been with Synergy for about five months and it has been the most horrible experience I've…read moreever had with a lending company. It takes three weeks for them to post a payment. They removed one payment and didn't credit it back correctly making it appear that I hadn't paid. They reported to the credit bureau that I had missed a payment making my credit score go from almost 800 to 636. They are difficult to work with and I can't wait to get off them and with another company. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service.
