The only downside during this visit was a customer nearby speaking very loudly about Jesus while her stylist joined in. Normally the wash area feels like a peaceful escape, so it was a bit distracting. I mentioned to my stylist that keeping voices down in that space would help maintain the relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Pro tip: make sure you sign up for their emails and texts--I was able to get 20% off their products, which was a nice bonus. Overall, still a great experience and the new location is a big upgrade.

I paid $100 for the cut and left a $20 tip, but it's incredibly frustrating to walk out with a style that completely disregards my instructions. Now I'm stuck dealing with an annoying grow-out phase for bangs I never wanted. Beyond bummed, should have never happened. In response to business's comment: while a consultation did take place, there was a clear disconnect. I did not request bangs, the specific instruction was for the front to remain chin-length. Unfortunately, this is not the result I left with. I stand by my original experience as the final cut did not align with what was discussed.
