I loved working so closely with Melinda on a skin care plan tailored to my specific needs. She and her staff are genuine, honest, and super sweet! You feel like part of the family here. I received IPL and resurfex in October of this year. I am super happy with the results. My acne scars have minimized significantly and I feel sure if I was to have this procedure 1-2 more times my scars would be completely gone. Huge deal for someone whose suffered from acne and acne scarring since 12 (now 36)! For best results you MUST follow post care protocol. No sun for at least a month. My skin was super dehydrated after so make sure you are loading up on the right skin care hydration products. I would recommend and plan to have the same procedure again in 2023. I initially went to Dr. Menezes because I was breaking out very badly. i was in my late 50s and had struggled with break outs all my life. i IMMEDIATELY had results after my first visit and have never had another break out , (over 2 years now), since following their facial regimes! I went to this spa trying to get a great service but didn't happen. I paid $375 and after 2 week my face looks same just a little change and I called to let them know what's going on and I had to go back where they wanted to charge me more $$$$$$$$ for the re touch when they didn't told me that, so BE Careful bc they are so nice at the beginning and when that charge you then they give you a letter where they let you know that you have to pay more and they dilute the product a lot!!!!!!! Dr. Menezes and her staff are absolutely wonderful! She is well-trained in aesthetic medicine and it shows.
