I want to share my wonderful massage experience at this beautiful spa. First of all, the spa itself is so welcoming and pretty! There are many lovely products to choose from if you're looking for beauty products. My masseuse Chrissy gave me an incredible experience and I can't wait to be back. I have issues with my neck and shoulders often, and Chrissy truly focused on those areas of need. She listened to my needs and concerns., especially in the areas of concern. I also have sensitivity in certain areas of my body and she was so gentle and mindful in those spots. I loved her aura as well. She is so positive and uplifting, it was nice to have a massage from someone with such a caring energy. I will recommend this location and Chrissy to all my friends and family. Since moving to Kauai I've searched for a full service day spa and am so happy to have settled into Bella Dia. I started with waxing services, then added facials, massage and most recently a micro-needling treatment. Every service has been wonderful; expertly given in a soothing environment with high quality products. I love the extra touches like aromatherapy offered at the start of facials and massages, the soft pareos offered and the quiet rooms. After facials my skin is visibly softer and taut, I receive compliments! The oil they apply with lip and bikini waxes leaves me smooth with zero irritation. Staff are warm and professional. Landed in Lihue this morning and got a couples massage with Chelsea and Michael and WOW! It was phenomenal. I had Chelsea and she was amazing, I was so sad when it was over. I already feel so relaxed and my shoulders feel so much less tense and sore than when I walked in. My husband and I had a couples 90 minute Swedish massage with therapists Michael and Tony. We felt they both did an excellent job. We were able to book our appointments the same day. We were on an NCL cruise ship and they told us how to take the free red trolly to the harbor mall where the spa is located. It was a short trip and runs about every 15 minutes. Only advice I can offer is to be aware that there is a credit card fee if you use your card. Our massages were each $180, credit card fee of $14.40, $60 tip, and $16. 96 tax. She was welcoming and hospitable. Our service was a Swedish massage that was done by clearly masters of their craft Mel and Jeanie. I freaking LOVE my lashes! It was frustrating trying to find a place that was open on Christmas Eve, but luckily I came across this place! They were even doing Holiday specials and were so accommodating to my mom and I. They're located in Hanama'ulu, my hometown. Parking is best in the back and inside it's the cutest little set up ever. They sell Bath & Body Works stuff as well as that cute little makeup brand with all the cartoon guys and girls. Shirley did my lashes and she was super sweet and nice about it. This is the first time I've had them done at an actual salon and it was really special treatment! It took like an hour to have it finished, and to be honest I kinda fell asleep for part of it LOL. What do you expect when you're lying down on a comfortably set up bed and you have a gentle person carefully putting lashes on your lashes? You trust that it'll get done awake or not. The massage was perfect after a long flight from the DC area the night before. My apology as I cannot remember my therapist's name, but she was firm and not too light with pressure. Amazing massage! I had the Lomi-Lomi and my husband said it was the best Hot Stone massage he has ever had. We have visited many 4 and 5 diamond spas. The quality of the massage here was just as good. No spa amenities and not much ambiance, but an excellent no frills massage. We will def be back on our next vaca to Kauai. read more

I booked a 1 hour facial with dia who was super sweet and very hospitable. the session was a bit of a blur because it was so relaxing and i fell asleep for a good chunk of time. my face feels amazing and I feel totally refreshed. highly recommend. read more

had a great deep tissue massage at Bella Dia and recommend it highly. One caveat though: during my entire massage every 15 seconds or so a buzzing sound would vibrate and buzz. It was stressful and irritating. The massage therapist said it was the air conditioning. I am not sure if this happens in every massage room or just the one I was in but you may want to ask to make sure you will not have this buzzing before choosing to have a massage here. read more

I have also attended yoga classes and I love that they have beginners classes for people like me . I've called multiple times as well as direct message them on their instagram (which they say it's one of the ways to reach them especially on their posts) I've gone here before for a wax which wasn't the greatest.. so I wanted to try a facial instead this time because I read the reviews that the facials were good. Just finished 4 sessions of microdermabrasion facials with Dia. First she's very professional and on time! I started my sessions in March and did one every couple of weeks. I can't believe my skin... it's just completely smooth and my wrinkles have lessened so much. And it's so soft! I'm really impressed with Dia and what she did for my face. Going to keep up with the products she suggested and go back in a few months for a touch up. Highly recommend her! Prices are reasonable too. read more

Heard their ad on the radio and I was in need of a last minute eyebrow wax so I called in to see if they took walk-ins or appointments. They usually do both, walk-ins kind of depend on their appointments so I suggest calling in to check/to be on the safe side...anyways I made a same day appointment and went in right after work. Dia was very helpful in giving directions to the shop since it was going to be my first time there. Easy to find/cute little parking lot, located in the back of the shop when you look at it from the highway. Went in, filled out a client info card and went straight to doing my eyebrows. I forgot her name but my waxer was very nice, helpful, and caring. The shop itself is very cute and I found it easy to relax and get my brows done. I trusted my waxer and was very satisfied at the end. Looks like I found a new place to do my brows when I'm in Lihue, especially since its only $15! Good quality and price compared to the mall lol. When I talked to my waxer I asked about the other services that they offered such as facials, permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, and now, skinny wraps. I can't wait to go back try their other services. I didn't have a lot of time to look around but from when I could see, I know I want to come back plus they said they're always getting new stuff come in such as Charlotte Russe items.
