After my interaction with Dr. Menezes yesterday, I would never give her my business…read more I initially found her practice online because I ran out of AlphaRet. However, when I drove to the clinic, I recognized the location from an encounter I had yesterday and decided to keep driving. I had parked in the lot to pick up an order at the restaurant across the street. Dr. Menezes came out and asked whether I was visiting her business. When I explained that I was going across the street, she responded sharply, "Then park across the street!" At the time, the lot was completely empty, with at least six open spaces, and there were no visible signs indicating that parking was restricted to her customers. I completely understand that business owners have the right to reserve parking for their clients, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily rude and hostile. A simple explanation that the lot was for customers only would have been sufficient. Instead, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. If this is how she treats random people on the street, it does not inspire confidence in the level of care or professionalism patients can expect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice.

I've been getting my eyebrows tattooed since I was 20. I'm 35 now and although I loooove my brows,…read moreI always get complemented on them, recently I stopped liking the shape--especially the ends, which felt too long. So, I decided to try laser tattoo removal. While randomly browsing on Groupon, I came across a deal from Freedom Laser Hair & Tattoo Removal. The reviews, both on Groupon and online, were really positive, so I went ahead and bought the deal for $45 (small area). I had to pay an extra $10 groupon booking fee, but the price itself was so affordable I didn't mind. At my appointment, the technician Emily mentioned I could purchase directly from her in the future, and she'd still honor the Groupon price, which was super kind of her. If you're interested, check if the deal is still available online. The Groupon covers small, medium, and large tattoo removal areas. For my next session, I'll be booking directly through her. This was my first experience with any type of tattoo removal, and I'll admit I was a bit nervous. I'd heard it can be more painful than getting a tattoo. Emily doesn't use numbing cream, but she has a cold air machine that blows over the area while the laser works. It helped a lot, less of a shock than I expected. Since the area was small, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. In terms of pain, I'd say it felt pretty similar to getting the original tattoo. If you've had your brows tattoo and touched up, you know what I mean. (The pain isn't the best) Even after just one session, I noticed a big difference. The pigment lifted way more than I thought it would. I'll probably need one more session since I've had multiple tattoo applications over the years, but I'm already really happy with the results. Huge thank you to Emily--she was amazing! Her online system is super efficient. It sends reminders, outlines policies and procedures, and includes everything you need to know before, during, and after your appointment. She's professional, thorough, and kind. I'll definitely be recommending her to my friends and family for any laser needs, especially tattoo removal. Highly recommend!

I searched high and low, read many reviews and my boyfriend helped do some research and found Tony! Not only did he pay for 6 of my sessions, my boyfriend is confident with Tony's work that he doesn't accompany to my appointments if he's tired from work. Tony is very easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable. My visits are in, zap and out. Easy peasy! Tony is trustworthy and is very professional. When she did the first one, and I went back to ask her what was happening with that, she put another lump in my face on the right side of my lip... They were supposed to be filler for my smile lines. Since then, I have been to several aesthetic providers, and they have done great work. My face looks exceptional except now I have 2 random weird looking lumps on my face that were not able to be dissolved by my current aesthetics provider. I don't know what she put in my face, but she ruined it. It's noticeable in pictures and in person. I thought that waiting it out would cause them to dissolve, but apparently they are not dissolvable because I have paid over six hundred dollars trying to get them dissolved. In total, I have spent over twenty thousand dollars. And I look very good except for those two stupid lumps on my face. Disgusting. She apparently does not know what she's doing, because even when I asked her, she said to rub them in toward my smile lines and that they would go away. This is atrocious, stay away.
