As an adult, I have really enjoyed the jazz, ballet and hip hop classes. I always have fun with the other adults in the class. Finally, my son has taken the hip hop and art classes. My mini started with the summer program in 2025 which was great, so my daughter wanted to try additional programs in the 2026SY. Fall 2025 we signed up for the home school program and musical theatre class. The homeschool program allowed bullying by other students, my child's concerns were not being addressed until I started communicating with staff that I would file suit if my child was assaulted again. There seem to be many moments where children were left unattended which is how the bullying was able to happen in the first place. The children who did the bullying were allowed to continue in the home school program despite negatively impacting multiple students within the program and in my opinion the parents of the bullies were coddled instead of being reprimanded or terminated from the program. The musical theatre class I feel like I threw $1095 down the drain. Class was posted to start at 4:45pm on Fridays and end at 5:45pm however; an full hour of class only happened twice during enrollment, there was always a substitute teacher, and students were released at 5:20, 5:25 and 5:30pm regularly. On top of not having 1 hour classes which was posted, the finale performance was confusing so I missed the performance while literally standing in line to see my daughter perform. Needless to say we will NOT be returning! The 1 and 2 star reviews are very much so accurate! BELIEVE THEM!!!

All the instructors are great but I want to shout out our instructor, Jason. He is extremely patient, gives honest feedback, and is encouraging. When you can't dance it is similar to public speaking, when you get nervous you feel almost sick, and the embarrassment can be overwhelming, but I've never felt that while learning. Sometimes there are other people there waiting to start their lessons so they're watching, but it doesn't matter, you get lost in the learning and it's soooo much fun. This is an amazing dance studio, but here's a word to the wise if you don't practice you won't get better. There's only so much a few lessons a month can do. Get the best out of your money and take those lessons out for a spin (literally, we spin a lot). Wear comfy shoes and don't waste anymore time, this is the place to learn.

When class was over and the children were in line to get out of class to go with their parents, my daughter saw Me and wanted to run out to me and Ms.Gina said "No! Get back in line" a little aggressively but I didn't think too much about it. my daughter started crying hysterically, she got back in line and I couldn't see her anymore but could hear her crying hysterically. Ms.Gina didn't see that I saw her telling her to get back in line. When my daughter got out of the class, she was extremely upset and still crying. That's when Ms.Gina said "she tripped that's why she's crying" We don't care that she told my daughter to get back in line but lying about it is very worrisome. We were still giving her the benefit of the doubt even though that incident wasn't sitting right with us. Later that night we watched the video of the class recording and what we saw made us angry and horrified! It was clear Ms.Gina was frustrated with my daughter. In one clip she tells my daughter "can you STOP" very aggressively and in another clip she grabs my daughter by her hair. I emailed the executive director and owner of the studio, Kendra with the screen recordings of those two incidents and not only did she defend and make excuses for her personal friend Gina, she also said she continues to be as proud as ever to have Gina as a member of their staff and Perfect Pointe family. My injuries have always been accommodated, my questions have always been answered, and the instructors have always been incredibly kind to me. Especially as a woman, I've been to other martial arts gyms where it was not welcoming or safe for women, instructors were inappropriate, etc. however at Krav Maga NOVA, instructors are respectful, ask for consent to touch you to demo something, and create a safe place to train.

Well organized, the owner is also very nice, it's clean, reasonably priced, and all kids participate in recitals even the little ones. My only suggested improvement would be more seating area or a limit on the number of family members that can be there (1 per child or something) and that parents (myself included) just be told not to give "sideline" advice let the teacher talk, gets a little noisy with all the parents trying to tell the kids what to do when they aren't listening to their teacher.. but really the instructor is great!

My husband and I joined Gold's Gym in Lorton just under a year ago. I was hesitant to switch gyms…read morebecause I was very attached to the club I was going to before we moved. However, now that we have been Gold's it feels like home. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The front desk staff, trainers, group fitness instructors, and child care employees are all top of the line. This club offers a variety of class options, and I have yet to take on that I have not enjoyed. Also, if I feel like working out on the floor the equipment is clean and well maintained. We are lucky to have this gym in our backyard and I haven't thought much about my old club since!

I ended up taking her out because she just insisted I hold her the entire time. I decided to try gymnastics and we ended up at the Little Gym. She is so entertained and so into it that she hardly ever asks for me to hold her. It's engaging and there's the perfect balance between learning new skills/following direction and free play for kids to explore the equipment. It's been such a confidence and independence builder for her ! I also really appreciate the fact that if you miss a class you have 6 months to make it up whenever and they offer classes at all times of day/ days of the week.
