I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, so I want to be clear: this review is about the business…read moreoperations -- not the instructors. The teachers are excellent. The studio is clean. Instruction quality is 5 out of 5. My issue is access and management. This location consistently overbooks classes. I purchased an 8-class-per-month membership and repeatedly struggled to get into classes. I initially raised this concern in November after realizing I could not consistently secure spots within my general availability window (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.). The guidance I was given was to book classes two weeks in advance and join waitlists. While that may work for some, it is unrealistic for many adults managing work and family responsibilities. Expecting members to plan their schedules two weeks out just to access what they've already paid for is not practical. Because credits do not roll over, I lost unused credits in November and December. In January, the same issue continued -- and while weather-related cancellations are understandable, I was again unable to use what I paid for. Out of 24 classes I attempted to take during my membership period, I was only able to complete 11. That is not even half of the sessions purchased. When I submitted my 30-day cancellation notice in December, I expressed openness to private lessons as a way to work within my schedule. I received zero follow-up on that option. The most disappointing experience occurred at the end of January as I was wrapping up my membership. After requesting a concession due to the inability to access classes, I was initially told via text that none would be offered. Later, I received a call offering a temporary concession for the following month. However, if the underlying overbooking issue remains, that does not resolve the core problem. More concerning was the tone of the final conversation. It felt condescending and dismissive, particularly when referencing my responsibilities as a working mother. Members should not feel shamed for having a schedule. If someone is paying for a membership, reasonable access to classes should not feel competitive. I would encourage prospective members to read reviews carefully and take them with a grain of salt. Incentives or concessions in exchange for positive reviews raise legitimate transparency concerns. That matters. Everything stated in this review is factual, and I have documentation to support it. Again, the instructors are strong. The operational model -- overselling memberships beyond realistic class capacity -- is the issue. I ultimately did not receive the value of what I paid for.

I've been coming to this club Pilates for two months now and have been a bit disappointed. They…read morerecently opened two months ago, and only have had beginners classes initially. They just started getting level 1.5, which many still felt like a level 1. There's clearly a discrepancy of levels depending on the teacher but the most challenging and accurate of a 1.5 so far has been Anne. I just don't think they should be assuming because they're starting from ground zero, that everyone is a beginner at Pilates. How would they know if they don't ask feedback from members? When I've complained, I was told that I'm supposed to tell the teachers I want to level up, which I have, for them to talk to me as though I don't know what I'm talking about. I've been doing solidcore and other Pilates studios in the area and have enjoyed those a lot more. With the classes I do at club Pilates, it feels like a warm up/stretch the entire time. I think club Pilates would be great for beginners or people who don't want an intense work out. Secondly, all of their 1.5 level classes are always booked up and you have to be waitlisted for, never knowing what class you'll actually get into which is frustrating as a very busy person. I have been unknowingly added into multiple classes in a day that I had been waitlisted for, only to lose credits. I tried talking to the front desk person, who was busy on the phone and sought out for help on the app, which you can't even locate an email to contact. The app is actually really annoying to navigate around my opinion. I finally had the time to email someone today after going through old initial emails when joining and they basically told me I can cancel and I should have reached out to someone sooner... like I didn't try to! They did credit my classes back after, so I am updating my review. I feel like club Pilates is just a big business feel, not much of a community feel like bikram hot yoga that actually is a local business, more of family vibes, and a mix of great classes to include Pilates. So while I see club Pilates being helpful for a lot of people, it just isn't for me. I just don't see it as being that great of a work out and feel I've wasted three months of membership doing light stretches and mini work outs.

From our first visit to the present day, Kelsey has delivered a fresh, fun, and challenging injury prevention and strength/conditioning routine that has allowed me to get back on the court AND stay on the court. Her thorough knowledge, expertise, and innate ability to adapt to my individualized needs has been a huge factor in my ability to bounce back from a history of injuries that were preventing me from competing in my favorite sport. Hands down, hiring Kelsey is one of the best decisions I made in 2025 and in the beginning of 2026! Thank you to Kelsey for her commitment to excellence and for all her help. She is an excellent trainer, and I am very grateful our paths crossed.

ant to file a direct complaint about the staff member at the front desk, Kai M…read more I visited the gym today with a friend who is already a member. My intention was simply to check out the facilities before signing up tomorrow. We arrived at 9:10 AM, with about 50 minutes remaining before closing. Despite this, Kai M refused us entry in a rude and dismissive manner. He gave multiple inconsistent excuses: first claiming there was no staff available, then saying the person in charge of registrations wasn't there, followed by saying there was no trainer present, and finally telling us to come back the next day in a disrespectful tone. In practice, he denied us access and effectively asked us to leave. We were not asking for anything complicated, just to work out during the remaining open time. Instead, we were met with poor customer service and zero willingness to assist, both toward a current member and a potential new client. We ended up leaving without training and with a very negative impression. Staff behavior like this reflects poorly on the gym and discourages new memberships. Customer-facing employees should be professional, helpful, and respectful, none of which we experienced today.
