I witnessed the customer service representative make the smoothie and they definitely use very little amounts of fruit inside their smoothies and a whole lot of ice and water to prepare their smoothies. I placed an order online for the first time on Monday & picked it up at the drive through window. Everything was correct, just like I ordered & it was ready when I arrived. I got the snack size protein bowl, which I though was amazing! The fruit, peanut butter, granola - it's all so good. You have to order online to pick up at the window, so I did that again today! I was early for my pick up but they had it ready in no time. I'll definitely be back, the pick up window is so convenient! I also hope to dine there sometime to get a feel for the ambiance.
