This family-owned and operated coffee shop, located just outside Winston-Salem, is a true hidden…read moregem. Their shop features a spacious interior with ample seating and a separate and enclosed kids' play area. Their menu includes a wide variety of drink options from matcha to lattes, cortados, and Americanos. The three most popular drinks are the maple brown sugar shaken espresso, honey coconut matcha, and salted caramel mocha. All of their drink syrups are made in-house. Their spring specialty menu includes three drinks: the honey pistachio, honey brown sugar hazelnut, and the salted honey lavender. The barista was incredibly friendly and helpful in choosing a drink. She recommended the salted honey lavender latte, which I got iced. It was ready quickly, and the presentation was beautiful. The flavor was fantastic. I cannot recommend this coffee shop enough. If you are in the Winston-Salem area, it is a must-try.

I circled and saw a sign that said "We Are Open!" so I pulled in and went inside. It was 9:58am and I was afraid that maybe I was there as they were just opening, but their hours online are earlier than that. One couple also parked and entered before me. They ordered and then it was my turn. Two more people came in after I ordered and from start to finish it was a 15 minute experience to get an overpriced latte to-go. The server was nice and friendly, but so slow. This is not the place for anyone who has somewhere to be. They have a play area for kids over to the side, but there are only small windows that you would not be able to see in if someone were sitting at the tables in front of them, so that kind of defeats the purpose of allowing kids to play while parents rest and have coffee with a friend. There was plenty of seating and natural light. It's decorated beautifully. I tried the Salted Caramel Banana Latte and it was okay. It wasn't my favorite coffee I've ever had and a huge turnoff was the fact that it was a 20 ounce latte (a lot of shops offer a 24 ounce as their large size) and it was $9.00! That is insane to me! I am glad I tried it, but unfortunately I can't waste time or funds like that again.

They have a menu that has a wide variety of caffeinated and not caffeinated drinks! The girl was SO NICE! Thanks to her bubbly personality we will for sure be coming back to this place on our way back from our trip. I got the Hunnypot Latte and YUM! It's not overly sweet or artificial syrup tasting, which makes it so smooth and creamy to drink. You know how you can look at the coffee and know if it's going to taste good or not? This has that nice golden color to it and I instantly knew I was going to love it. It has the perfect subtle taste of honey. It's PERFECT. My partner got the cold brew and was pretty impressed with it! He opted for no milk and to drink it black. It tastes a bit sweet, which I think means it's a dark roast? Don't quote me on that though. We poured a bit of my drink into his to even it out. They have those nice sip lids too, which I appreciate. The sweet woman gave us a mini little cup of 2 chocolate covered espresso beans too! She's so wholesome for that!!!! Any time we come up for a trip to the mountains now I have this place bookmarked. Definitely glad we randomly stumbled upon this place! :) 10/10

It was very smooth, sweet, and a mild coffee flavor. I personally am a fan of a strong and bitter coffee flavor especially if paired with milk and sugar. I did some reading and they specifically use South African coffee that is not as bitter and more smooth. This would be perfect for those who don't love that strong coffee taste. I really think I'd enjoy this style coffee a little less sweet, and will surely be back to explore the menu. My friend also liked (not loved) her latte. I am hopeful to find a more fitting drink for me so I can change this to a 5 star review. This place has changed a lot since the last time I was there. They now have a drive thru (hello game changer), outdoor seating, expanded indoor seating, pastries, and an assortment of coffees, teas, and smoothies! They also sell small items from what seemed to be local artist such as homemade earrings, keychains, bath products. Customer service was top notch! Very clean and cute interior too.

We had been wanting to visit for a while as other mason jar ice cream joints are usually at the beach or in large cities. Mason's has a bright and clean small interior with maybe four tables. There was no outdoor seating. The chairs they had were metal chairs that are not the friendliest for plus size people as they can be narrow and tight on the sides, but these were not as bad as most. Also, there was no physical menu that showed pictures of each of the mason jar sundaes, just the descriptions. They did have television screens showing pictures of each sundae, but you had to wait for each picture to pop up throughout the slideshow. The pricing for the mason jar sundaes is $10 each and the price does include the mason jar to take home. Compared to the prices at similar shops in larger cities and beaches, those tend to run $15 or more. We got the Razzle Dazzle, Cookie Monster, a scoop of Oreo ice cream & a scoop of coconut fudge ice cream. The scoops of ice cream were both flavorful, creamy & full of mix-ins. The Razzle Dazzle is raspberry chocolate ice cream with a slice of cheesecake on top. Cheesecake is one of our favorite desserts and this slice was absolutely amazing! The Cookie Monster was topped with two cookies that were just okay. The cookies were cakey and chewy. Both mason jar sundaes came in Styrofoam bowls so it would not drip on the table. We were not able to finish both sundaes even being shared between multiple people! They also give you plastic bags to take the jars home in.
