I found Jannett on Yelp and the raving reviews did not disappoint. She was quickly responsive with availability and a reasonable quote. She was also on time for her appointment. After completing her initial assessment, she asked questions no cleaning service has ever asked. (when's the last time the filters were replaced, did you notice the vents haven't been cleaned etc.) Jannett then came in with her supplies and went to work. She cleaned in places I would have never thought of cleaning. The garbage disposal rubber on both sides? She cleaned grease build up on the blinds, removed calcium build up and wiped ceilings and walls. She was thorough, detailed and made settling into my new home very comfortable. I would definitely recommend her cleaning services.

We moved into our present house and with a few months I needed to have surgery that put me in a wheelchair for 6 months. My house is shining and off they go! I'm back on my feet now using a walker, but I still can't bend over, so I'll be keeping them on for now. They are just fantastic!

You see...when I didn't have so much time cleaning at all....my house desperately needed a deep clean. And...unfortunately..I'm far from the godness of house hygiene and cleanliness. Home Clean Heroes of High Desert really came to my rescue. Every interaction was excellent...and even though I was not home at the time of the work, I could tell there was HUGEEEEEEEEEE amount of work and pride put into cleaning (I still don't understand how any human that enjoys cleaning exists at all...but at Home Clean Heroies of High Desert...they seemed to exist!!!). Thank you! I will definitely be perusing your service again. Thank you again for such an excellent work through our interaction. I appreciated it!

I contacted Jose in September for a deep cleaning quote, and within a few days he was able to come…read moreto my house, and then email me a very detailed estimate of services and his charge. It had been years since I had a cleaning service so I told him I wanted to continue to look around. He was not pushy and was very polite. I got quotes from other companies and individuals. I looked on yelp, thumbtack, and nextdoor app.. I went through many different avenues. All the quoted amounts I received were pretty similar, but his professionalism, detailed estimate, and punctuality made me choose his company. The day prior to the service he emailed me the invoice as well as the time the crew would be at my house. The following day 3 ladies and a supervisor arrived exactly when he said they would and they got started immediately. They cleaned my house for about 5 hours. I came to check on them at one point and they were hand washing the windows, had the oven and stove top apart and meticulously cleaning it, and on a ladder cleaning the vents. They were all friendly and came off kind as well. When they were finished we did the walk through together and all I can say is that I was incredibly impressed. Just a few things that pleasantly surprised me were, the old school hand washing of the windows, removed everything off the shelves and cleaned under the items/organized them, cleaned the washing machine, even dusted the bed frames.. Just things I didn't even think about and never do.. my husband also went around and checked every switch and baseboard.. every surface was clean. My house now feels cleaner than the day we moved in and we love it. We are scheduled for future services and looking forward to them. Thank you so much! Appreciate all the hard work; Mailenis, Mercedes, Karla and Manuel! Also, I loved the way you staged my beds and sofa with the twisted throw blankets and chopped the throw pillows. Very cute!
