I was approached upon entry to the location as though I was unwelcome and showing up without an appointment. To my surprise, they were "full". Despite not all chairs being occupied, others entered and were not asked the same question and immediately received service. After my friend arrived they found us two chairs. One of the two chairs which were unplugged, had no electricity running to it. The "Salon & Spa" was not Serene. It felt subpar and lacked luster. Furthermore, the chairs which we sat in were not wiped down and appeared as though they were in disuse. I waited more than 30 minutes to receive service. However, my friend received immediate treatment despite having arrived after me. The person who later came to give me a pedicure spent 5 minutes on my feet for cuticle, clipping, shaving, and heal treatment. She partially clipped my nails, minimally did my cuticles, forgot to apply the treatment and began applying gel preparation polish to my feet. This is despite having already informed them that I wanted regular polish. In addition to the poor service delivery for a Luxe $60 treatment, she had not filed my nails, given me the lotion and massage or done the gel bag treatment listed as included in this package. It was after I mentioned to my friend that I wonder why I am not getting all the services offered in the package that the young woman began to do some of the work a basic pedicure would include. Despite pointing out cuticle missteps, unclipped and unfiled areas, exposed incomplete polished toe areas, she still asked me whether my toes looked okay. I answered honestly that they did not. However, she never returned to finish the service. The individual who did my friend's pedicure partially assisted me from my chair. My toes were not sprayed and the toe separators were still on at the time of the assist when we made an effort to depart. For a business that is Under New Management, I would never ever recommend anyone to stop in for a Pedicure.
