During my pedicure, part of my toenail was ripped off, and I became so uncomfortable that I stopped the service alltogether. Thankfully, there was no bleeding, but that does not excuse what happened. What made the situation even more concerning was that the nail technician appeared unsure of what she was doing, after the incident the nail technician went to GO GRAB Charlie "the manger" was assisting and telling her what to do ... throughout the damaging. As a customer, I should not have to feel uncomfortable or question whether the person working on my feet knows what they are doing. OR EVEN LICENSED, WHICH IS QUESTIONABLE. Based on this experience! I recorded my conversation with Charlie after stopping the service and walking out because I felt the situation needed to be documented. A pedicure should never result in damage to your toenail. I am sharing my experience to warn other customers and encourage them to think carefully before booking here. This was completely unacceptable, and I would NEVER recommend River Nail Lounge based on my experience. especially after the pressure of "we can fix it" after I stopped my service and expressed I was uncomfortable.

No matter what design, color combination, or random inspiration photo I bring her, she executes it flawlessly every single time. I've attached a few photos of some of the sets she's done for me over the past year because her work really speaks for itself. One thing that always impresses me is how healthy my natural nails have stayed. These are my real nails, and I only get gel manicures, so I can't personally speak to acrylics or some of the other nail services they offer. What I can say is that my nails consistently look amazing, last well, and receive compliments all the time. I've also had pedicures here and they've always done a great job.
