Clams muscles shrimp and Crab legs

This place was a Gem. I was overwhelmed with the selection of live shell fish I grabbed 6 lobsters the rest Of their blue crab some baby octopus and a few oysters, they were very helpful and friendly making jokes. Very happy with my purchase I filled my cooler up and grabbed an Uber to the train about 5 hours later I made in to Queens and unboxed every one was still Alive!

Authentic Portuguese cuisine! The service is always quick and friendly. I have been going to their…read morePawtucket location for years and was so happy to hear they opened up their 2nd location in Providence. The Providence location has a market as well with chips, sodas, spices, and frozen items for purchase. You can also buy fresh seafood like crabs or fish in the market. They have several menu items. I always get the half chicken with fries. It's topped with a delicious hot sauce, garlic, cilantro, and banana peppers. The chicken is flavorful and juicy. There is nothing like it around! The fries are seasoned perfectly. I tried the fried tilapia fish for the first time tonight and it was perfectly cooked and came with a white sauce, cabbage, cilantro, and banana peppers but the chicken is still my favorite. They did a great job on the renovation in Providence and the place looks brand new. You can tell the layout was thoughtfully designed. A great family fun restaurant. Love seeing the business grow!

Haven't "yelped" in a long time, because I rarely see the point anymore but I feel this place…read moredeserves a shout out. Went here for their "Puffcakes" breakfast. I'll start by saying, it's a bit over priced. However, their pancakes are truly delicious. Worth the "hype" in my opinion, and if you have never had these, a truly unique experience. Drink prices, and sizes are a completely joke, and these add up very quickly. Complimentary water was a good thing! I would suggest, if you're smart come here for the food, and grab coffee or whatever after (not to sound cheap/but conscious as a consumer). If you are one also, heed this advice. I will also say, a must get here are the home fries. I will say, it's one of the best I think I have ever had! All in all, they get a 4 star from me! Would go back.

We parked really close nearby and risked it not paying for parking... Part of our brunch we were a little bit on edge, "Are we going to get ticketed? At least we can see the car from here." This place is easy to find parking nearby, though. You don't have to park where there's a meter. Customer service was really good and friendly! It was really nice to sit outside. However, maybe the pavement can be cleaned. The bricks were a bit dirty. We found the menu a little confusing. Everything on the Puffcake menu comes with Puffcakes. Each menu item comes with two Puffcakes which isn't written on the menu. The menu would have benefitted from having pictures for each section.. However, our server was really good at clarifying what the menu items are. We ordered the original and the ultimate breakfast. I really enjoy how puffy the pancakes are! They are sweet, but not too sweet for pancakes. I didn't use much of the maple syrup. The hash browns were really yummy. The bacon and sausage are just bacon and sausage. I wanted to compare the puffcakes to regular pancakes and they are very similar, just the puffcakes are fluffier. If I come back, I would order one of the more different/unique flavors because the price is a bit much for something to be quite similar to regular pancakes. I enjoy the drink of my coconut water with foam on top and edible butterfly. I believe my husband got a coffee latte drink which tasted a lot like Vietnamese coffee (which is a good thing for us). Overall, it is a fun experience to eat something offered no where else. I like pancakes, and I do think these puffcakes are better than pancakes.

Yesterday was my birthday and it was finally time for me to try a seafood boil. I'm so glad I did!…read moreCaptain Loui's has a small parking lot which is impressive for Federal Hill. We stopped in at 5 yesterday and were worried the restaurant would be busy, but we were sat immediately. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated with lots of nautical themes. Our waitress was lovely and explained the menu to us in detail. As it was our first time at a seafood boil she was very patient with all our questions. Ultimately I had the 2lb boil with 1lb of mussels, 1/2lb of shrimp, and 1/2lb of clams in the captain Loui sauce with a side of garlic noodles. Our waitress came back quickly with a bib, gloves, and a bucket for shells. Not long after our meals came out and let me tell you everything was excellent! The seafood was cooked perfectly, plenty of sauce, and even the corn and potato were out of this world. I ordered the sauce medium and it definitely had a nice kick to it. The garlic noodles had great flavor, a little clumpy but with a little of that captain Loui sauce added on top it fixed the problem. It's not cheap but for a once in a while special occasion treat I can not recommend this place enough!

I always get the pick 2 and select the shrimp with head on and mussels. Comes with some potatoes and corn; also a side of your choice (I always do extra corn or garlic noodles!) you pick your sauce (get the capt Louie sauce!) and spice level (hot! Is best). The only place I'll got 10 fingers in on a meal and let the sauce get all over my face (I usually hate eating with my hands).. it's so worth it. There's a flower vendor lady that walks around fed hill and she'll come by for your boyfriend to buy you flowers too ladies haha! My boyfriend got the fish and chips w/cajun fries and he said it was better than when we visited Newport.

I fell in love with Japanese stuff when I was a child and this place is a wonderland of food and items. I was actually kind of jealous because I haven't even been able to find some of the fun stuff that I wanted to try from social media in Las Vegas (and we have a lot of Japanese stores in Las Vegas).
