I had gone to the Mejuri store at The Americana in December 2025 since they were doing free piercings. You had to buy their earrings which were $100+ per stud. That location has temporarily closed down their piercing studio and the only one with a piercing professional was this Venice location. They have a post-piercing follow-up service to change out the post to a shorter one 6-8 weeks after you had your piercing. Parking - OMG. Impossible as it's street parking. Give yourself 30-40 mins minimum to find a spot!! Store - it's located at the edge of the main Abbott Kinney rows of stores. Clean, bright, lots of employees helping customers. It's Valentine's Day so it's busy busy! Piercing Studio - Marley was FANTASTIC! I was late to my appt by an hour - traffic horrific & parking horrendous. However, Marley gave up her lunch break to accommodate me. She explained clearly what she was going to do at this follow-up. It was to replace the flat back to a shorter one since it's healing well. It took less than 3 mins & no pain or tugging. Marley told me The Americana location is hiring a new piercing professional & Piercing Studio will reopen ver soon! Overall, I would recommend any Mejuri location as customer service is top notch! Their jewelry is modern & has clean, crisp look to them. Not that affordable but they do have some pieces that even I can afford. LOL! read more

Love the selection and the layout of the store. However, my bracelet with my daughter's name broke and it was just past the two year mark and they wouldn't replace it and it was a huge disappointment. It's only a 200$ bracelet given to me by all my high school friends and it would be noting for a company like Mejuri to whom I've purchased over 5k worth of jewelry from to replace something so important to me. I received a gold diamond hoop for my anniversary from here and the clasp would not stay closed. I noticed it was loose and readjusted and then fell out few days later. My kids bought me a $300 delicate bracelet at the Abbott Kinney store and it broke and I could find the tiny piece. I went in and spoke with Gabrielle the manager and she said contact customer service which I did and they gave me the "boilerplate" message of we can't do anything if it's broken. I have the receipt and find this so frustrating. After reading other reviews, I see that it's not just me. It's sad that my kids were duped into buying me this piece of jewelry that just broke in like two weeks. Also, sad that the sales person didn't inform them that these pieces are not sturdy at all. This company does not honor its cancellation policy. I ordered a Layered Opal Necklace on December 11 that was supposed to be delivered within a week. I received an email from Merjuri on December 19 saying that because of an "inventory error", it would not be shipped until January 3 at the earliest, but that I could cancel and receive a refund. less than 12 hours later (December 20) I had a chat conversation requesting a refund. After a long delay, I received a response from the chat only that I could no longer cancel because the order was now "being processed". I tried to text and email, but got no response, and the customer service number does not work. I will never buy from this company again, and I suggest no one else do so. read more

A disappointing day today at Mejuri. While one cannot deny the high-quality pieces that this establishment sells, it lacks in quality customer service. The security guard, the first face a customer sees, is highly disrespectful and insensitive to the concerns of Mejuri's faithful customers. Rather than showing equality to all, the security guard takes preference in certain groups of people, allowing for people or groups of people to enter before those who have been patiently waiting to go inside. When confronted, the security guard is lost for words, saying that he will not speak to us. We arrived at Mejuri and was told to wait outside by the security guard . Reasonable . A girl walks up 2 minutes later and tells the security guard she's meeting someone inside . He lets her go in . We watch as this girl meets NO ONE inside and is walking around browsing.. two more people walk out and we are not let inside ... 2 more girls walk up and tell the guard they're meeting someone inside ..... yeah so three people let in before us when we had been there waiting in the HEAT . We are finally let in . We make a PURCHASE and ironically the ladies that were let in before us did not make one ...... it honestly ruined the whole experience for us . We had to browse around pretty upset . Mejuri please hire more adequate security ... read more

Love the store, customer service was sub par. I bought a ring & needed to bring it back because the gemstone was flawed, they gave me no issues. Security makes you feel weird, but if you can ignore the energy that they're waiting for everyone to start robbing them, it's good. read more

I got my 2nd helix piercing today (I now have 8 piercings total) and this was least painful piercing! Charlie was AMAZING - very patient and SKILLFUL. Was totally expecting more pain from memory of first helix piercing, but it actually hurt less than a lobe piercing!!! Was worth the drive from Long Beach to Venice for the skilled piercing and the jewelry. Since I'll have this earring in for a year, I wanted it to be something pretty and worth the money. I find the jewelry at piercing studios to be overpriced and ugly. I should have come to Mejuri for all my piercings. read more

I hate to make situations racial, but being the only people of color in the store you can blatantly see the difference in treatment based off your race. we were not acknowledged coming in, the security didn't open the door for us as he did the other shoppers of caucasian backgrounds, and we were eyed and followed around the store. The security, who is made to stand outside the store, followed us inside and locked eyes with each of us as we briefly walked through the store. the store was occupied yet we were constantly questioned, looked at, and followed around. While the staff inside was quite nice when we finally got in there, the security guard outside could not have be more unkind. My experience was very similar to that of the previous reviewer, Cyn F - and by the time I got into the store (in which I did make a purchase), I was quite upset and it really ruined the experience.
