I've used their services in the past and will absolutely continue to do so in the future. Daphne is a pleasure to work with, and Juan is an exceptional technician. He actually performed my original service with Universal 10 years ago! This time, he was joined by his partner Jonathan, who also did an outstanding job. They are extremely careful when moving furniture and truly meticulous with every detail. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority with Juan and Jonathan Cleaning and restoring your tile floors is far more cost-effective than replacing them, yet it leaves your home feeling brand new. Their pricing is honest, their service is professional, and they are prompt and reliable.

I cannot believe I never left a review!…read more I reached out to ARR when my previous roof repair company found it ok to not answer my phone calls or emails. Their loss and I will now always be calling Sean and ARR for repairs ( even though my garbage HOA should have to repair the roof since it is a shared roof). When I called Sean he was very professional and was able to come out within the 24 hours to see what needed to be done. He showed up on time and was very thorough. He provided me with a fair estimate, and detailed everything that needed to be done and why. After accepting the estimate, we scheduled the repair job, which was within the next 48 hours. The repair went off without a hitch. Very pleased with the outcome. If I have any say when the HOA goes to redo all of the roofs, I will petition to have ARR do it!

Seeing the quality work that was done in their homes I was confident that I'd be eased with the outcome. Well that was an underestimation. Lucas was so knowledgeable of the products, nuanced in his approach to my selection of my floors and easy to communicate with. The installation process was smooth and efficient! They are meticulous and sharp. The end product has taken my breath away. It's the first thing people comment on in the home... especially the stairs! If you have high taste, then you don't want to trust your floors to anyone other than Quantum. 5 stars, definitely recommend!
