I have been using them off and on for five years. The turn over rate is terrible. Pharmacist do not stay here long. Staff is the same. I kid you not!!! Each and every time I go to pick up my prescriptions they screw it up. Today I waited in the drive thru behind a young lady with a child ten minutes. I felt sorry for them. When our turn came they didn't have my order ready as usual, I called it in three hours earlier. At which time they were estimating an hour. Very disappointed in the subpar customer care and efficiency . read more

honestly, I'm not one to take the time to write a review unless I feel it is necessary, today I spoke with a young man who was rude from the start and then after I had said thank you . Not goodbye , he hung up on me.. I then was going to speak with higher up but I know it would be a waste of my time and nothing would change. I moved about 30 min away from my home town Waterford a little over a year ago ! I continue to drive MONTHLY to this place for them to be impatient, rude , and judgmental. I recently switched my prescription to a Meijer Pharmacy a little closer to my home now! And let me say they have been such a blessing and a huge help to not only me but my children as well!! We have a smile on our face every single time we leave ! And I just wanna say you can tell the difference when someone is caring , patient, and actually wanting to help and support! IT MAKES A WHOLE LOT OF A DIFFERENCE. so if your reading this pharmacist.. next time maybe just think .. you have no clue of what these people go through in a daily,. Take some time and be kind , be patient and take a second to care. read more

If you need a refill, make sure you request it long before you need it. It will require you to follow up numerous times because no one here will do their job without you babysitting them. If you don't have refills they will not call your doctor. If you have questions that a pharmacist should be able to answer they will just tell you to ask your doctor. If you need a refill in a hurry, be sure to use another pharmacy. If you have an abundance of patience and/or all the time in the world, then this is the pharmacy for you. read more

I switched here for convenience. They are friendly. It's not always a speedy in and out. It is a bummer when physician electronically sends pres. and you wait your turn and can't find out how much each one is then it is your turn and they won't have one of them until next day after 1. Prices so far are ok. I am thankful when people help me save money. read more

Pharmacy is alllllways slow as can be. 4.5 hour turnover time for easy prescriptions. 3/4 of the time they don't even have the medications in stock. Please use other pharmacies this place is a joke. read more

I transferred my prescriptions to Meijer Pharmacy and they have been nothing but rude. Tell you 30 minutes and 2 hrs later and it's still not filled. They were rude to the drs office I goto. I will be switching to CVS pharmacy read more

This has to be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. They have double to staff of other pharmacies but take 3 times as long to fill a prescription and half the time they don't even know if they have the item. read more

During the covid 19 pandemic I have to say this is my neighborhood store I've been shopping there for years but this is the worst store for safety they don't require anyone wearing masks I didn't see it posted anywhere most people had them hanging around their neck or whatever during the store and I don't feel safe shopping there at all the employees were wearing Mass but they should require entry to have a mask on and keep it on during your visit why should half of us wear them and the other half not it's not fair and I won't be back I went to a local neighborhood meat store to buy my meat and they wouldn't allow you in the store without a mask on that's the way all stores should be read more

This pharmacy is the slowest and unorganized. They were supposed to contact my doctor office for a refill and contacted me to let me know it was denied. Another time I needed my medicine ASAP and they wanted me to wait 3days. I am going to look for other options. read more

Ok this is kind of awkward to write. If you look ak my review of the store I couldnt say enough about how bad it is and I still feel the same. However I have to list the Pharmacy as an awesome place to do business. Every time I go in I am delt with in a very nice way and never have any problems with my perscriptions. This past week I had to get 2 prescriptions filled and the sweet girl behind the counter found a way to save me money off the order. If the Store could get the rest of the store like the pharmacy I would never shop anywhere else. I would recommend the pharmacy to anyone. read more

slow af. insane wait times. fortunately i get 90 day supplies so i only have to go to this hell whole every 3 months....avoid at all costs

Horrible horrible pharmacy, very bad employment and carelessness on behalf of the business, long long waits and very upset customers daily, my advice do not depend on such vital needs from this establishment.very sad business. read more

Absolutely horrible again and again. Staff is rude and too quick trying to get through the line. My scripts are never ready when the portal says they are. They are always busy as hell and under staffed. They messed up my daughters epilepsy medicine and thank god my insurance caught it or she would of died. read more

Never again! I have more issues with this pharmacy than any other place. They never have my scripts in stock, especially my rescue inhalers. My husband had medicine prescribed to him, they messed it up. They tried to give me somebody else's prescription. I left a complaint on the Meijer website, did receive a call from the department head. She begged me to give them one more chance. I did...had to pick up a prescription for my dog. Got there, only one person was in line, seven people working in the back, I made eye contact with each and everyone of them, still stood there for over twenty minutes, waiting to be helped. Nobody said, "We'll be with you in a moment." There was one girl in the back that was too busy talking to the guy handling the drive through and couldn't be bothered to help. Now I couldn't tell you my dog's birthday, well she's a dog. I told the girl who finally assisted me that as well. She asked for me to verify my address. I waited for it to pop up on the screen to verify and she yells, "NO! You have to tell it to me." Um, no sorry about the wait, sorry you might be misunderstanding me. Not a thing. They are rude, slow, and never have the medication I need. NEVER AGAIN will I go to Meijer Pharmacy in Waterford Michigan. You can't pay me enough to go there. read more

This pharmacy completely lacks in customer service skills, care and compassion for the customers, and in employing pharmacists that have any knowledge of a positive work ethic. Waiting hours for prescriptions is ridiculous, being rude to your customers when they are needing their prescriptions and do not need to or desire to wait such long durations, is unprofessional and does not meet the meijer "core values" in regards to "meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations" of their customers. It also does not meet the meijer "core values" of "services to help our customers lead healthier lives." I went to a different well known pharmacy and only had to wait 10 minutes for my prescription. The staff there was much nicer, professional, and exceeded our expectations. Maybe meijer should consider staffing their pharmacy department with more people, or replace the unprofessional employees you have working there. Will never go back there again, nor recommend Meijer pharmacy. read more

What a joke! Been waiting 16 days for my prescription to be filled. I called they told me it was ready, I get there and it isn't. I was told after 16 days that they needed an authorization from the insurance company before they could fill it and in the 16 days they had the script no one made an attempt to contact the insurance company. They called after I complained because no had called yet. NEVER filling anything there again! read more
