They said it would take 7-10 days until the glasses are ready. It's been more than 3 weeks and nobody from the Lens Crafters called us. When I called there I was told that they have some delays due to weather!!!?? I asked when should we expect the glasses, she said she did not know, that it might take " a while" She said it was no tracking number and she had no phone number for the lab!!!?? She was not able to give any information. Very dissapointing , the attitude was not great either ! The escuses were more than ridiculous.

Do not go to this pharmacy if you are being treated with any type of pain medication. The…read morepharmacist will treat you like a drug seeker and will question the quantity of the prescription your doctor has prescribed; he will express his personal opinion that it's a large quantity in a very judgmental tone without even knowing your medical background and why the medication is appropriate for you. Unlike every other pharmacy that allows you to pick-up your medication at 28 days, he makes you wait a full 30 days and speaks to you in a very condescending manner. I suffer from Lupus, Psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. I am under the care of a Rheumatologist, Primary care physician and a chronic pain doctor. I have been under their care for almost 20 years. My 3rd month of attempting to get my medication filled, the pharmacist called and told me that he was out of my medication and had no idea when he would get any supply restocked. It's bad enough to try to hold a full-time job, take care of my kids and get through the day with these conditions, I don't need to be made to feel like a criminal by a uncompassionate pharmacist who on top of that feels it's appropriate to withhold my medications. Just awful

Problems too many times occurred with monies being taken out of my account before scripts are delivered. Once causing an overdraft fee. Have to transfer my scripts to another pharmacy. Payments are not documented. Paid 2 times for a script that was paid for in cash. No documentation. Too many people answering phones, owner takes no responsibility for taking monies out of your accounts with no written permission. Too many mistakes. Owner Rema, never mailed her documents to me. Waited, and no response for her phone call to settle disputes with monies. No return calls ever!! Too many discrepancies with their pharmacy and problems with them. Too many people answering phones. Just tired of errors. Too many changes and people delivering and too many people changing over jobs and errors.

Totally unacceptable for a "professional" doctors office to run that late in my opinion but she's a one man show so I guess I get it. Make sure to clear a whole day- you won't know when you'll be seen or how long the visit will take. On the positive, she's really nice and actually cares. Does lotsss of tests so make sure you have good insurance! (Which is why i like her since my other doc never did any testing for anything) she truly goes the extra mile to help her patients and that's one of the main reasons why I go back to her. Other than that bring a good book or phone charger and enjoy the wait!

I saw several staff walking around and organizing and putting things away. On the right, they had a ton of different Easter items. They had a lot of famous tv show characters: hello kitty, bluey, stitch, winnie the pooh, and spongebob. They have a lot of beauty products. I found a body spray that smells identical to the sol de janiero one and it was only $5! They have a lot of home and decor items such as stools, candles, and lamps. The toy section and arts and craft section is also big. I found some wipe and draw educational books for my twins. They had lots of different items for drawing and painting and coloring as well. They do have a big electronic area with chargers and headphones and stuff. The have a section of snacks and candy as well. This store has a lot of great items and I found so many awesome finds. She has no skills in customer service what so ever! Looks like someone sh** in her Cheerios today! And she was gracious enough to share her salty attitude with me today. I called ahead because I got a confusing text that said a few of my meds had to be ordered. No big deal. I asked if my order was ready because I needed my meds for pneumonia. So I feel like im dying and I get the worst person on the planet to help me out. My luck. She was checking my insurance coverage and was getting upset because, well I'm not really sure if it was the line forming behind me or she is just naturally unpleasant but I couldn't hear her over the speaker. I told her by holding my hand up to my ear and signing it to her. She pointed to the phone with an angry voice and screamed into it. I said, first of all your attitude isn't needed. You are really being unacceptable right now. I told her I have pneumonia I don't feel good and my SO completed suicide a few months prior. I just want my meds and I'll pay cash if I have too. She hung the phone up! Then proceed to walk away! Wtf! Like how is she working with the public?! That is so unacceptable to me! I put my car in drive and went inside to talk to the actual pharmacist who was so lovely and caring. She appologized for her bad attitude which made me wonder if she has to put up with that every day. I really hope Brittany doesn't. She is wonderful. I sadly won't be returning to Kroger pharmacy after I get the rest of my meds. It was the worst experience I've ever had there. How could you have such an unsympathetic person in the pharmacy working with people who need kindness? I just wanted to share in hopes some one will see this and deal with it.
