In the positive side there was a great selection of snacks and refreshments. But...The store was dirty! It was not because the facility is showing its age...the floors were dirty throughout the store and the restrooms. As a guy because I could use the bano and not touch anything. If my wife and daughter had not been dropped off up the road for coffee and tea...well they would not have used the facilities here. The weather was nasty but this is long term neglect. Parking from veterans Boulevard can be a bit tricky but once you're in the strip mall, this place has plenty of parking and it shouldn't be hard finding parking for yourself This place was absolutely huge for a grocery store! Where I walked in from, I was greeted by all the amenities like the : restrooms, hot food Bar, coffee bar, fresh kombucha, etc. The grocery section was very diverse and it had many options such as healthy protein shakes, great single serve meals in the freezer section and plenty of fresh cheeses as well. This store features a really cool upstairs space that I actually did not have a chance to venture to. Tons of fresh produce as well. But ultimately I sell on some of their hot food to go. A chicken breast and some mashed potatoes to go was about $5 which is absolutely good for the price. Overall, I highly recommend this store if I were to come back to the area. Some things are decently priced, like the bakery in the back and the bulk section. But today is my last trip to FF for the duration of this pandemic unless major changes in health policy are made with the staff. No one wears a mask, no staff practices social distancing, they work in close proximity (inches!) of each other without any protective gear, and they openly wonder about the merits of social distancing. Staff will walk into your personal space when focused on another customer. The store is cramped and so social distancing is difficult to practice with other shoppers. I don't want the staff to get sick. I want a unique local business to survive. But I don't feel safe shopping there, and I also don't want to support a health food store that won't actually engage in proper emergency public health policies! If the price is good for you, then take advantage of their curbside pickup, pay over the phone, call them to say you're outside, but don't go inside. It doesn't feel safe.
