My massage was by Mandy- she was very sweet and gave a great massage, asking how the pressure was a few times (it was great). It was a very relaxing massage and I'll definitely return! I had no issues using my voucher (just showed it on my phone and obviously tipped well in cash.

When we arrived for our 1 p.m. appointment, there was no one at the front desk to greet us. We waited for a while, but no one showed up. The chair at the desk was covered with what looked like a pile of laundry, which felt very unprofessional. The worst part was the awful smell that filled the entire place. It was so bad that we couldn't imagine relaxing there. After waiting for about five minutes, we decided to leave. We feel bad about not using the gift, but we didn't feel comfortable staying in such a poorly maintained space. I hope the business works on improving their cleanliness and customer service in the future.

AMAZING! At 8 months pregnant, I had painfully sore, swelling feet, ankles, wrists, and hands. I…read morecould barely put weight on either foot without a slight limp and deep wobble. The masseuse provided excellent pressure, but not too much to trigger contractions or induce labor. He was very careful and attentive. At the end of the hour I saw a huge decrease in the swelling of my feet and ankles. My stride greatly increased and the soreness decreased as well. I am so HAPPY I found this place. I'm tempted to go again tomorrow while the family is sight seeing. A diamond in the rough with reasonable prices. $1 a minute. If you pay in cash, no tax, which is an 8% savings off the services, a fee I would rather leave as a tip than to the state. Go! You will not be disappointed.

Throughout the session, I could constantly hear dogs barking, other customers shouting, and loud conversations among the staff. The staff appeared to enjoy "gaslighting" male customers. Every time she came back from leaving the room, she kept telling me how generous other clients were（especially one WHITE man）how they wanted to buy her dinner or give her gifts. I endured it until the end, but I found it extremely inappropriate. I don't understand why, as a paying customer, I'm expected to develop a so-called "FRIENDSHIP" that involves giving gifts or treating the staff to meals. It's ridiculous. I paid for a massage, not for any other kind of "SERVICE." I am engaged, and this behavior is unethical. thank you if boss saw this msg，ur staff told me she does not receive any hourly wage, only tips. so pay ur staff hourly wage pls cuz she kept harassing me for not tipping her 50% !!!!!!! I tipped eventually cuz I don't want to put myself in a dangerous situation. Thank you SO MUCH for the great service!

I'm so glad I did! Myeesha is wonderful and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and didn't judge my total unfamiliarity with facial care. She also recommended only one change in my skincare routine, but wasn't pushy in the slightest. I'm so happy I gave this place a try and had the fortune of getting Myeesha. I come here very often, they always do a great job. It starts Asian style, through a blanket or…read moresheet, to get a really good grip on you knots and progresses into Swedish style with oil. If you have tight muscles and pain, this is the place to go. As others mentioned, the massage therapist do sometimes leave the room or answer a call, but they always make up the time and go over the timer. It's 50 dollars for 60 minutes or 70 dollars for 90 minutes. The value is incredible and they always get me in as a walk in. They have a loyally program, buy 9, get one, so if you are a regular customer it works out to actually be 10% cheaper. The prices, hours and availability have made massage accessible for me when I need it. I was disappointed to see another reviewer post pictures of the signs making it clear that this is not a spa offering sexual services. With the stereotypes of Asian run massage parlors, imagine how frequently someone comes in pushing for sexual contact, and how difficult safely declining is with a language barrier.

Very odd experience…read more I called saying I had a Groupon when I scheduled the appointment and when I checked in the woman told me she didn't need to see it until after the massage. Place was very clean, lots of rooms, the massage therapist introduced herself and was nice although hard to understand with limited English. I was a little confused that there were large towels instead of blankets or sheets but I went with it. The pressure was very intense and I had to keep telling her to go easier. It felt more like a deep tissue massage, or even more like physical therapy then a relaxing experience and I kept tensing up asking her to use less pressure. At one point a guy who was an employee (I assume) opened the door to my room and had a full 5 minute conversation with the lady doing my massage WHILE she was working in me. Very awkward. At the end when I was getting dressed I noticed a weird sign on the wall -"this is a professional spa please don't ask sexual related questions" -what?!!! That was very creepy and I'm kind of glad I didn't see it until the end. Worst part was checking out, the massage therapist said she had to "call the boss" because she didn't know how to use the groupon. The boss is screaming into the phone (I can hear it from across the counter) and she gets on speaker phone and tells me very rudely that she doesn't have a contract with groupon anymore and she's not taking it and it's not her problem. I had to call Groupon from the lobby and they gave me a credit and I had to pay for the full massage. Not again.
