Ese formulario fue mal llenado, cometiendo un error grave que hoy me está retrasando mi proceso aproximadamente 2 años más. Debido a ese error, tuve que pagar $580 dólares adicionales, además de los más de $4,000 dólares que ya había pagado a los Abogados Mendoza. Lo más frustrante es que el despacho no se hizo responsable en absoluto: no asumieron el error, no ofrecieron solución y no cubrieron los gastos adicionales causados por su propio mal trabajo. En un proceso migratorio, estos errores tienen consecuencias enormes, y este despacho mostró una falta total de profesionalismo y responsabilidad.
