I had a very excellent waiter serve me who spoke English. He provided his recommendations to me for something authentic and seafood based. I enjoyed a reineta (mild white fish native to Chile) covered in a white sauce and shrimp. Very delicious for this warm Fall day. The dish comes with choices of sides - salad, rice, french fries, etc. Piscos were cheaper here than in Santiago and strong. Enjoyed. A good helping of pebre (salsa like pico de gallo) was provided before the meal. If you come for lunch they do have an executive menu which is a great deal if you like what the main entree is.
I ordered an empanada (shrimp) to go and it was delicious. For the amount of food and price, easily a better experience than other restaurants people rated 5 stars... which I could only surmise was for the view and not the food nor service. *Heavy side eye*
