They didn't waste any time jumping right in and getting everything loaded. They wrapped all our furniture with padding, blankets, and shrink wrap so it was protected in the move and they were always cautious about making sure they didn't scrape any walls or door jams. I priced about 6 moving companies when I was planning my move and I felt like Legend Movers had the most reasonable rates. Due to some unforeseen circumstances that were out of my control, I had to cancel our original move date with them on very short notice. Sky was so gracious and kind when I explained everything. He was very accommodating and reassured me it wasn't a problem. I was recommending him to my friends based on the level of customer service he provided at that time and the actual move exceeded my expectations. I'll most certainly be calling Sky the next time I move and I plan to recommend him to everyone I know!

They never showed so 2 guys had to do it. I called Big Man back and explained what happen, he said no problem they're there to work for you. At the end of the move I had 12-15 scratches on my table, I said to the guy you're know going to blanket that just shrink wrap? He said no worries that was the end result scratches on my oak table. 2nd I opened up my computer on Sunday and my screen was cracked, computer done! Now I'll partially take blame for that, I should have taken my computer. 3rd a few days ago my lamp is broke, this is not an expensive lamp but my fiancé who passed away brought that for me a few days before she passed. Had a lot of sentimental value. I sent Andrew a pic of my computer, and a voicemail about the lamp still nothing. He took $50 off of the $1,385 bill which were the taxes.
