I worked with Jesse when I sold my home in July/August of 2020. I found him to be very condescending and frustrating to work with. When we were initially listing our home, I felt the price he suggested was low for the location, size, and condition of the home, but, as he was the expert, I agreed to follow his recommendation. Following that, he also recommended that we take the first offer we got. It honestly felt like he just wanted to dump it from his portfolio because it wasn't a million dollar listing. But what bothers me the most was during closing, I was reviewing the closing statement and noticed that they had not credited the prorated (prepaid) property taxes as agreed. I called Jesse to have him contact the broker to rectify this. He proceeded to argue with me, insisting that I was reading it wrong, without even looking at the document. He told me that if I was so insistent that it was wrong, I could call the broker myself to get it fixed. So I contacted the broker, they saw the error right away and cut me another check for it. His inability to acknowledge a mistake and lack of due diligence could have cost me money had I not taken action. Not a single apology was offered.

Working with him went well and we were able to sell our home in less than average even though the selling market was more difficult. The things we appreciated the most were the great communication and the teamwork in his company. Everything went down seamlessly and he had great resources including photography, staging advice and cleaning services. This company is professional through and through!

From day one, Troy and Michelle have been so incredibly responsive; always answering their phones, immediate email responses, and proactively calling to check on us throughout the process. The level of service they provide can't be beat; Michelle knew we had a toddler and sent us daycare centers in the new neighborhood, they had the house rekeyed for us the day after we closed, and when the house was left to us in a messy state, Troy and Michelle immediately scheduled their cleaner come to the house to take care of it before we had even seen it. As a realtor, Troy is calm, patient, and realistic. I appreciate his calm demeanor, different from other hyper relators we've worked with who want to be quick to close a deal. Troy made sure we found the right house for us, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. My wife and I were turned on to Jen at the beginning of October through a family friend, and we wanted to push forward the process to move in faster, since rates are so good and prices are still low. Jennifer and her partner Julie busted hump to get us listings in our area that followed our parameters, and sped us through the offer phase, barely squeezing in our offer before any others could be signed. And she fought for our price very aggressively. I'd recommend her to any of my friends or family in a hearbeat.

She went above and beyond every step of the way, explaining all of my options to me, and counseling me on what she recommended as the best approach, but ultimately empowering me to make all of the decisions based on the scenarios she laid out and the information she helped to provide. I wisely followed her suggested approach each and every time, and each and every time it worked out to my benefit, greatly exceeding the sales expectations for my place and ensuring the smoothest possible process along the way. She helped chase vendors for me, and had great suggestions and even some discounts on third party contractors to do necessary repairs. When we discovered a leak during pre-inspection - the responsibility of the HOA and the upstairs neighbor to address - she politely but persistently chased the HOA and the neighbor to ensure the work was completed ASAP. She ensured the place looked IMMACULATE for the photos and the open house and, as she predicted, we had competing offers and a confirmed buyer well over asking price within two days of the open house! All of this is enough to rate her an A+++++++. But then, two weeks before closing, she really demonstrated how much care she puts into her work and taking care of her clients when she called me with the news that someone had broken into my unit, which I'd already moved out of. She decided to swing by "just to check on it" and found the break in - and thank god she did otherwise who knows when we would have discovered these squatters! Luckily there was no damage done because Jen caught it so early, but she took all the necessary action on my behalf, getting in touch with the police to ensure they kept an extra watch on the area and even continually stopped by to ensure all was ok during the two weeks until I signed the final papers knowing that I was 30 minutes away. Talk about above and beyond!!!! Jen had my best interests in mind every step of the way, and gave me so much piece of mind during my first time through the often overwhelming and confusing process of selling a house. I've been raving about her nonstop to my friends and family and, although I'm not usually a frequent Yelper, wanted to share even more broadly what a great experience I had. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! But just know that if you're lucky enough to work with Jen, you will be in GREAT hands.
