Matt wasn't the lowest rate, the highest sale volume, nor did he cite a substantially higher sale price. But his recommendations on prep/staging/marketing; his full-service, detailed, and organized approach; and our ability to speak honestly about expectations really stood out. We also appreciated that he recommended ways to highlight the unique touches in the home, rather than (literally) whitewashing everything as some other realtors advised. His approach magnified the things we loved about the home and the care we put into maintaining and improving it. We were out-of-state during the majority of the sale, and relied on Matt and his team very heavily for sale preparation. He made proposals, got quotes, and oversaw work. He's been in the market for years and yet thought this was the right way to do business. Strange that he made snap decisions like this and could have gone to the HOA to get a phone number; or leave a note asking me to call or knocked more than once 2 months ago.
