    I wish i saw these poor reviews before wasting my money and time on such a bad service. I came back to yelp especially to leave this poor review of this company that calls what it provides as service. I wish there was a lower star than one star !! No refunds, hard and almost impossible to change your trip regardless how early , ridiculous change fees !! not recommended at all , and i am really one of the nicest people leaving such a review.

    Bus was nice and clean. Ride went smoothly. Chargers all worked. Only Issue I had was the window in the bathroom. Its right behind the toilet so people driving by get a clear shot of your behind spread - something I'm sure no one wants to see.

    I can't stress this enough. DO NOT TAKE MEGABUS ANYWHERE. Our bus left 45 minutes after its scheduled time. Our driver made several stops saying he was exhausted and that it was "too dangerous" for him to drive. Dangerous?! Are you kidding me? On his last stop at a random truck stop 2 hours from our destination, the driver informs us he will not be continuing and that another driver is on the way. After about an hour I finally had to take a lyft to a nearby train station to get to my destination. NOT WORTH THE CHEAP TICKET. AVOID MEGABUS! And of course, all we received was an email saying they knew of the situation and that they were sending another driver. 15-20 minutes my ass!

    I was on a bus from New York to Boston and it was pretty sad honestly. It was pouring outside, and I was on the top floor, somehow, the roof started to leak! Me and my friends I was traveling with were getting soaked! Not just that, but we stopped for food which was good, but the driver told us it would be a 20 min stop and then it ended up being 30 min which made me late. And after we left he accidentally left the intercom on for a solid half hour. It was really gross, we could hear him coughing. The seats were extremely uncomfortable, one of my friends got rug burn and many tried to sleep on the floor instead. Definitely would not recommend, especially not for long trips like the one I was on.

    Its pouring and we have been sitting her for an hour waiting for a replacement bus. Did I mention this happened 10 min into our trip?

    Everytime I think "maybe they will get better I should try them one more time" I shoot myself in the foot. I type this as I am sitting on the side of the highway since OUR BUS BROKE DOWN 10 MINUTES INTO OUR TRIP. The replacement bus that was supposed to come get us flew past us on the highway 30 minutes ago. Its now raining and we will have to go outside, get our bags and HOPE to get a seat on another bus that comes by. Should I mention this has happened before? How about the time the bus was 4 hours late? Or a cop pulled the bus over? Or the time I sat on the side of the road in Connecticut for an hour? How about the time the bus pulled over and waited an hour for a replacement driver because the driver could not longer be on the clock halfway through the trip? JUST DONT DO IT. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE. GO GET A DONKEY IT WOULD BE FASTER!!! Update: customer service hung up on me 3 times when I asked for money back. I found their corporate office the number is 201-225-7500 ext 7530. The dispatcher said this is the link to the higher ups.

    I suggest grabbing a different bus! They can cancel your trip last minute and give you a hard time when trying to get funds back!

    I see that I had a similar experience to others. Michael Anthony is incredibly rude,…read moreunprofessional, and clearly lacks communication skills - all of which do not belong in a luxury service. I went to their website, which has a "book now" option, but also specifically states: "For immediate assistance and bookings, feel free to call us. Our friendly staff is available to answer your calls and provide you with the information you need. Email us at bellaluxma25@gmail.com or you can also submit your request using the form". So I sent an email since I wanted to ask for more information first and a quote, as there were a couple of other companies I was considering. I provided the dates and details of my location/trip request (which now I wish I didn't). The only positive I can say is that he made my decision VERY easy, and I quickly decided to stay FAR away from this guy and go with another company. He first just sent me an email back with nothing else at all except for their website. So I responded and asked for clarification, since there was no communication in his email. I had let him know that I already went to the website and saw the "book now" option, but I was looking for more information first. He curtly just replied that all inquiries are done through the website, and didn't bother to answer my question. I had replied to him that his website says otherwise, so he might consider updating it if he does not want people to inquire by email. I was very turned off by how he communicates at that point, since decent communication at the very least would be important for a luxury car service. But then he replied telling me that he has no plans to update anything, and that they have "hundreds of people each week who don't have an issue". How he talked to me was completely rude and unnecessary, especially since the error is completely on his end. If you don't want people to email you, don't put that on your website - pretty simple for anyone with an ounce of common sense and customer service/communication skills. It is baffling to me that this guy even still has a business, if that is how he treats potential customers. I can't imagine how poorly his service must be, if that is how the communication and initial interaction is. Don't bother wasting your time with him.
