Our water heater…read morebroke less than a week before Christmas and we were looking to install a tankless gas hot water heater. After getting a few quotes, Lexington Plumbing and Gas was by far the best deal; they were the only company that did not try to sell me a unit that was much larger (and more expensive) than I needed. Not only did Richard provide a fair price for quality work, he even offered to do the installation on Christmas Eve because he didn't want us to go through the holidays with cold water! This is a company that knows what customer service truly means and I have no doubt we will use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

We called an AC guy who said it could be fixed without moving. We exposed the leaking pipe and when their technician came back out he cut the water off then left without attempting to fix and didn't turn the water to the house back on. In fairness their service manager did call. the plumber we called after he left came out and said it's an easy fix without having to move ductwork. After poking and prodding a little to diagnose the issue I determined it was a clogged vent. I have a second commode that has a similar issue but is rarely used so I thought I'd have them look at it, too. I called, they set me up for the next day, then called back and said they could work me in today. The tech they sent out, Winston, was very friendly and quickly checked out and fixed the master. It was not the vent but rather a partial clog. He then checked out the second commode and determined it was not a vent issue either. It needs a new valve or a replacement commode. This is why I'm not a plumber. After telling him of our remodeling plans he suggested a toilet brand, provided a quote, and let me know that replacing all three at the same time would be a good cost savings. He was in and out in less than a half hour. Great service all around. They were the only company that answered my call and they were very, very responsive. The price was fair and I'm 100% satisfied.
