Worst burger of all time (although extremely photogenic with the melted cheese leaking onto the bun.) It was like they minced the meat with a machete or a pocket knife. Which would not necessarily make it the worst. What made it the worst was that there where pieces of tendon and connective tissue that most butchers throw in the trash (or use in pho.) Super chewy large bits that infested every bite. I ate half because I was starving and hoping that every bite got better than the last but it didn't happen. Even when the server took the half uneaten burger away and asked if it was ok and I responded it was not, it remained on the check. Plus the fries where a la carte (surprise surprise) bringing the total of my inedible burger to 405czk. Service was terrible. No need to go into detail about that. Most remarkably or surprisingly, even the beer was off. Which it's hard to find a bad beer in this neck of the woods, but they nailed it. The froth clumped together in a completely unappetizing way that I have never seen before. My fault for eating in the middle of the most populated tourist section of Prague where they don't have to serve good food to stay in busy because 2 million people a month pass their location. From my experience, I find it hard to believe that anyone who ate here gave this place a good review. I actually felt bad not telling the table that sat as we where finishing that the food was terrible and that they should leave asap. Aside from that, Prague was awesome. Lokal had the best food and ambiance for the tourist experience (that I visited) during my visit. I wish I could have their caramel coated profiteroles every day of my life. read more

Saw this place walking around Prague on our first evening and decided to check it out for a quick meal. Located just slightly away from the old town square this place is reasonably big and has a nice atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and quick to serve us. The menu is mostly burgers with some other options like steak, chicken wings, salads, starters and dessert. They also have a wide variety of drink options. I chose the jalapeño poppers for starter and a jalapeño and habanero burger. I tried the fènix beer, which is a orange and corriander flavoured wheat beer. The jalapeño poppers were ok and nothing special really. I loved my burger and whilst the pattie was not the best it tasted good and packed a punch. The beer was also wonderful and I loved it. Went well with the burger and I was a happy customer ;-)) I would come back here again. It's an expensive place for what it is and, for the two of us with one starter, two mains, a beer and two coffees was around €45, which is reasonably expensive. Value for money is low but then again it's a tourist area and I suppose you will pay more. Ok it's not a traditional Czech restaurant but, a good one in my opinion and a decent choice for a quick meal in the old town center :-) read more

I love a good burger and MeetBurger was just around the corner from the Old Town Square and after a day of tourist activities, we were excited to just tuck into a big, juicy burger. I ordered the ultra bacon cheeseburger which is a beef patty from aged beef with roasted bacon, romaine lettuce, tomato, homemade pickled cucumber, red onion, dijon mustard and homemade mayonnaise. It said the weight was 180g and i'm not sure whether that referred to the meat patty or the whole burger. I asked for the patty to be cooked "medium". The burger was quite high and the bread toasty and warm, just the way I like it. The beef patty was a decent size, pretty thick in fact and it was hard to eat the burger, but I've eaten many burgers in my day and this burger was not going to get the best of me. No knife and fork for eating a burger here. Tucked straight into this bad boy and it did not disappoint. Very flavoursome and delicious! Minus one star as the beef burger wasn't cooked "Medium", it seemed more as medium - well as there was next to no pink inside the patty. The outdoor seating at MeetBurger is prime location if you love some people watching like I do, so grab a table (you can seat yourself) and watch people walking around Prague. This place is not a cheap eat but it is in Old Town Square and in a very tourist area. In total for two people it was 800 czk which included two burgers, fries, a small coke and a beer. read more

For what it is, it's fairly good. It can get crowded at night and hard to get service. I'm trying to take into consideration how I would rate a USA restaurant being in Prague. I had the white rabbit which is a rabbit shoulder burger. They must have killed a lot of rabbits for this as the meat patty always large, moist, and delicious white meat. The burger itself had a sweet taste to it, which is what I was expecting. I ordered onion rings for my side with a Pilsner beer. The onions were moist, but the breading wasn't as crispy as I would like. My friend had the fried chicken burger and he said it was really good... The music here was heavy metal. I don't mind heavy metal, but It ranged from Ozzie Osbourne to Slaughter. Not exactly appetizing. But that's ok, because even though the menu says that they willing to accommodate allergies, they're not willing to if your table asks for more than one change. So my daughter and my wife have allergies. They won't change. They told us " pick something else! " Odd for a burger place. I mean how hard is it to omit cheese? The waiter said " if we have to make changes for every table then it wouldn't stop. " Wow. Ok for a fast food but these are USD15 burgers, and that's without the fries! When we told the waiter we would have to leave, he said " ok " and walked away before we got up. Would not recommend. We easily got a table for 6 which was great. I wanted the chicken burger, but wanted to take off some of the toppings. Would only allow 1 topping to be taken off. Food itself was good but overpriced - $13 for a burger and that's it. We wanted our bill to be split up but they put all of our food and drinks onto one bill and they wouldn't separate it. We put in all of our cash and our waiter didn't come back for our change for a good 15 minutes. We had to tell him to give us back our change, and it was an incorrect amount!! Very bad service. This was the first meal we had in Prague and it was amazing, we will visit again before we leave. I had the risotto milanese made with chicken, cheese and amazing cream sauce, oh so heavenly. My bf had a pork tenderloin with fresh green beans and again, the sauce was slightly spicy and amazing. The atmosphere was wonderful, my fave 80s music remixes of Depeche Mode and more plus beautiful inspirational sayings on the wall. If you're in tourist zone and fancy a burger I would come here. It wasn't busy when we went here so service was quick and efficient and friendly. As its in the tourist area you'll pay a bit more for food than normal Prague restaurants, £10-15 for a main, beer is cheap. I had the Happy Three Friends (chips and a homemade house dip are included). Three mini burgers of the Ultra bacon burger, double cheeseburger and jalapeño burger. TLDR: avoid eating in the tourist hotspots and definitely avoid eating here. First, like most of the reviewers here and on Google, we couldn't finish our meal it was so bad. Service was very slow, which would have been fine if the server was nicer and had brought out the proper order. I got the beetroot burger and my friend got a cheeseburger with onion rings. My burger would have been very creative had it not been smothered with their incredibly sugary, homemade ketchup while the patty itself was incredibly bland and tasteless.
