Medure's Catering was our exclusive caterer for our venue. While having an exclusive caterer can always be a little nerve racking, you honestly have nothing to worry about with Medure. They were priced well, the food came out fantastically and with plenty in our buffett style selection for guests to have 2nd's or 3rd's. Literally there wasn't a dish that didn't taste great and have us and our guests complimenting the food. For us personally their Grouper, Penne w/Vodka, Beef kabob, spanakopita, and honestly everything was great. I cannot stress enough, spend the extra money and get the late night mac & cheese bar. Amazing food and service! Medure's catered my daughter's wedding and I received many compliments on the buffet. The dinner can make or break a wedding and I can honestly say the meal set the stage for a fantastic reception. The staff was attentive to all our guests and kept the cookie table stocked with the over 300 dozen cookies we provided. Their stuffed eggplant signature piece (I forget the actual name of it) is delicious and I highly recommend adding it to your buffet selection. We also opted for the "late night snack" of soft pretzels. They were regular sized which was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting them to be mini versions. Excellent excellent catered food. Had this at Allison Park Church this past weekend, and it was delicious. The dishes they had were eggplant rollatini, chicken francaise, and green bean almondine. The eggplant rollatini was excellent, I could have eaten a dozen of those or so. The chicken francaise was also very good. I don't review caterers often but this one was so good I had to. If you're planning and event or wedding and want some traditional American-Italian dishes that hold up well on buffet lines, go with Medure's! read more

The only compliant I had was sometimes I wouldn't get a response for a few days and for a bride that can be frustrating. The ladies and gentleman at Medure's Catering just did my daughters wedding at Succop Friday evening. To say the food and staff was good is an understatement. They both where unreal. Medure's catered our prom last night (~350 students). Our buffet ran out of potatoes before all of our students made it through the line. The green beans were as soft as from a can.
