A journey that begins with radiant joy and ends with me side-eyeing my own butt in a full-length mirror, wondering what just happened. I booked the 80-minute facial with diamond exfoliation and let me tell you -- this was no ordinary facial. This was the facial of the gods. Eliza is not just an esthetician, she is a skincare sorceress, a glow guru, a pore whisperer. I walked in looking like I hadn't slept since 2012 and walked out shining brighter than my ex's bald spot under club lighting. My face felt smoother than a baby dolphin doing Pilates. Decadent is an understatement. I felt RICH. I felt RENEWED. Eliza, you are an angel sent from the skincare heavens and I am sending my besties to you ASAP. Now... onto the tragic subplot of this tale: the massage. I got a 50-minute deep tissue massage from Jen, which turned out to be 50 minutes of confusion, irritation, and emotional upselling. Deep tissue? More like deep disappointment. I asked her to focus on my shoulders, but she seemed determined to explore every other region of my body except the one I mentioned. And then came the upsells. Oh Lord, the upsells. Jen tried to sell me on everything short of a full-blown spiritual cleanse. The highlight -- or lowlight? -- was when she suggested Lipo Cupping because she noticed some cellulite on my buttocks and legs. Ma'am. I came here to relax, not to be emotionally assaulted by the ghost of bikini seasons past. I didn't ask for this kind of honesty. I wanted essential oils and vague affirmations -- not cellulite diagnostics. In summary: Facial with Eliza: 11/10. Worth selling a kidney for. Massage with Jen: No stars. I left with tight shoulders and a bruised ego. Would I return? Yes, but only if Eliza promises to spiritually cleanse me with her magical diamond wand and pretend she sees nothing but smooth, untroubled skin on every inch of my body. You win some, you lose some -- but at least my face is thriving.

The injections had way to many side effects. I called the office to cancel the two months I had purchased. Mind you, I never even received the product. I always received my medicine in the office. **I NEVER STARTED USING THE 2 MONTHS THAT I PURCHASED** I was told by the office "when they make a purchase it is specific to each patient". I was never told that when I started with the clinic. The Office Personnel told me everything else. They told me about their B12 injections, there vitamins, there skin care line all of there other programs. (However, they missed telling me about there refund policy. They knew if they explain that clearly, which they did not. Customers would not purchase the Semaglutide. ) The office does not have a document with "my signature" clearly stating their refund policy. ***Beware of this clinic***. I asked for a refund the office manager only refunded a partial payment. I will take them to small claims court for my additional funds. ****They will try to *UPSELL* you on everything they offer in the office be careful of that**** The Office Personal must receive commission because they hardcore try to sell you everything. Semaglutide does have horrible side effects. ***Gastrointestinal side effects***. The "Office Personnel" will tell you to take " dragon fruit for digestion, ginger for nausea, dopamine" drink lots of water etc.. That stuff does not work. If you begin to have side effects, don't spend your money with this clinic if you are not 100% sure you want the injections. They will not refund your money. They want you to spend with them so they can get commission. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. ONCE YOU SPEND IT YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS TO GET YOUR FULL REFUND.

I had wanted to try PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) / PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) under-eye treatments for a while to help with dark circles, hollowness, and fine lines, but truthfully, I was scared and was not sure it would truly work. Jay was so patient, explained each step of the procedure, how it works, etc. He went over and beyond in ensuring I was physically comfortable during the procedures. He wanted me to be 1000% satisfied with the results and provided me multiple supplemental travel size products to apply every day in between sessions. I was TIRED, and after a few sessions, I saw smoother skin texture and a fresher, more rested look -- not a dramatic overnight change, but a natural rejuvenation. My under-eye area looks way less dark and have a natural plump I needed! I appreciate that these processes use my own plasma instead of filler because it feels safer and more natural. I had mild swelling and very light bruising for a couple of days, but nothing makeup couldn't cover. Results continued to improve over several weeks as my collagen rebuilt. If you're looking for subtle, natural improvement rather than a "filled" look, PRF or PRP under the eyes is a great option!
